Nu lijkt het appartement te klein en verouderd. Lees een advertentie precies voordat u boekt, zodat u wensen und prijzen beter op elkaar kunt afstemmen

Sie haben doch die Fotos gesehen und trotzdem gebucht, Warum??

Hello Jolanda, I am sorry you did not feel satisfied with your holiday. First of all: 1. I did not receive you and I did not check you out of the apartment because of the bad accident I suffered before your stay. 2.rent of an apartment does not mean supply of towels as hotels do. Your sister who had a look on the apartment before you checked in, knew that we do not supply towels but would do so, if requested 3. You should have read precicely the site prior to booking, because then you would known that the air conditioning is working from 22.30 to 8.00 in the morning 4. We supply WIFI without addional cost for 12 apartments and until now had no complains except yours. 5. You complained of 4 Euros for using the washingnashine, but did not mention the free token we give you for washing!

Dear Marianne, I am sorry that you did not feel comfortable during your holiday. 1.The apartment was completely renovated in April of this year. You could not seriously expect it to be newly furnished. 2.My recommendation to all clients before booking: please read my web site properly, than you would have known of the air conditioning, the wifi, the roof terrace, the washing machine, the towels and the table cloth, everything you are complaining of. 3.When you asked me for an extra bed (having a double bed for 2 people as to be seen on the picture), you could have asked me also for towels when I brought you the bed. I am always prepared to make my clients have a comfortable holiday, and would have given you towels. 4.When arriving on a Sunday, there is always the possibility to buy water in a bar and go to a restaurant for having a meal. The rent of an apartment is very different from booking a 5 stars hotel, where linen is changed every day and a receptionist will answer all your questions. .

Es freut mich immer wieder sehr, wenn meine Gäste einen optimalen Urlaub in einer meiner Ferienwohnungen verbringen und sich dann entschließen wiederzukommen! La vivienda "Olga" posee una terraza individual de 25 m2, rodeada de un muro de celosía de 1,20 m de altura a la que se accede a través de una puerta de aluminio, como se aprecia en las fotografías. Un apartamento no es un chalet con una parcela individual en la que no hay más vecinos. El WIFI es gratuito y es un servicio que ofrecemos a nuestros clientes de 8 de la mañana a 3 de la madrugada; a partir de esta hora se apaga automáticamente. Esto se indica claramente en la descripción de la vivienda, como también indicamos la franja horaria en la que se puede disponer de aire acondicionando. Recomendamos que antes de realizar una reserva lean detenidamente la descripción facilitada en nuestra página web, ya que de ella se desprenden todos los detalles que precisen saber. Siempre respondemos todas las solicitudes que recibimos por internet, además de estar disponibles desde las 17.00 horas para atender sus necesidades y dudas personalmente durante su estancia. En cuanto a la televisión, debido a la variedad de clientes de múltiples nacionalidades que nos visitan, disponemos de 1800 canales vía satélite en español, alemán, inglés, francés, japonés y árabe entre otros. Lamentamos el hecho de no disponer de canales en RUSO, pero de momento no están disponibles a través de satélite. El supermercado más próximo se encuentra a 300 metros, no a 650. También especificamos en la descripción que la vivienda debe abandonarse entre las 9.00 y las 10.00 de la mañana, ya que es imprescindible para poder realizar una limpieza a fondo y garantizar asi la satisfacción del siguiente cliente.
