The best thing about the cabin was that it was large enough to fit out party, and even though it accepted pets, there were no pet dander or signs of a pet ever visiting the property before us. This and the amount of the extra fun items is the reason for this review staying in the positive given the price we paid. The first thing that hits you as you walk in the door is it smells like mold. We found this is because the wall closest to the kitchen and entry door is warped & I’m sure has mold behind that wall. Another problem item is even though the property fits 22 the parking space is extremely minimal. Here are other items that were issues for us: the hot tub doesn’t heat up, we couldn’t find a remote for the TV in the game room, the master bathroom shower items were broken off & the host didn’t seem concerned just told us it didn’t affect the shower, the furniture is all stained in living room, & I hope you like your coffee black if not, make sure you bring your own creamer and sugar because all you’re getting with this cabin is the coffee, a roll of paper towel towels and a roll of toilet paper. We did find extra wastebasket liners so there’s a silver lining since those were the most important having the amount of people we had. Now for some positives the kitchen is practically brand new & a pleasure to work in. The cabin was clean, even with the furniture that was worn out and stained, loved the fun items that come with the cabin & the view from the porch are fantastic.

Very nice and very clean home It’s quite remote though so if you want to simply relax at the beach this is it If you enjoying doing other things I may advise you to stay on the other side of the ferryOtherwise great time

Fun vacation

Our family and friends had such a wonderful stay at Sea Vita!! Lots of fun things for the teens to do as well as the adults! The pool was a clean and refreshing alternative! Hope to stay there again!!

Wonderful Family Getaway

Sea Vista was absolutely phenomenal. Access to the beach was closer than we had thought. Our family of 14 had plenty of room to spread out. The outdoor space was wonderful. Will definitely stay here again!

Sea Vita Wonderful Stay

From the beginning the communication with Jess never left us wondering about any of the arrangement details. It allowed our entire stay with the whole family stress less. We had plenty bedrooms and bathrooms with just the right number and types of beds for everyone. Bathrooms were plentiful enough to keep everyone happy The beach is a very short and easy walk for all of us and the weather was beautiful! Would definitely stay here again!

The pictures were probably when this place was new. The carts are extra, 155/day, the pool is a community pool ( not in the house). The space not as large as described. If you coming with a small family it’s fine but not meant for large crowds. 1st floor was mess when we arrived!

a wonderful birthday getaway !!

i rented this beach house for my boyfriends birthday with family and it fit all 13 us with room to spare. jessica was WONDERFUL with communication and the location was perfect with a beautiful view of the ocean. being it was winter i was still surprised with the amount of mosquitos. the house is beautiful came with extra linens and the kitchen had everything we needed. check in and check out was easy and smooth. rented the golf cart and that is a must it was so convenient to get to the beach and lots of fun. would stay again !!!

Great place to spend a family vacation

We had a group of 12 of us stay and it was perfect! We had one minor issue with a door handle but I text Jess and someone was there to fix it within the hour. If you are particular about the pots and pans you use l, I would bring your own as the ones at the house are old and not the best! All in all our family enjoyed our stay and had a lot of fun.

Men’s Ministry Retreat

We had 13 men stay at property from Friday afternoon until Sunday morning. The property was adequate. Great view, great AC, plenty of hot water and very convenient to the beach. That said, this would be a spectacular property if the owner would invest 3-5k and get it in shape. Small, but many items need attention such as a couple of burners on the stove top are stopped up and don’t work properly, toilet seat in main floor bath is broken and needs replacing, kitchenware needs to be assessed and replaced, downstairs “bar” area is dirty and ceramic “egg” smoker needs to be replaced, the list is long. The property just needs a bit of love and attention to bring it up to snuff.

The listing is misleading as it looks very spacious, it is not. All equip is there in the picture but it is scrunched up. Jetted tub I went to turn on water handle came off, I finally got water in the tub, and the jets didn’t work. Trash can handle kept falling off door. We did have a lot of rain, bathroom sewer downstairs started backing up. There were several soft spots left on the deck that needs fixed. Kitchen stocked with pot and pans, that’s it. Stock up all basic items. Several beds felt like they were broken. Grills were rusty.
