Summary:
Situated in a quiet location in the charming village of Locquenole, this family house will amaze you with its incredible view over the Bay of Morlaix from the living room and bedrooms. A terrace covered by a pergola also allows you to enjoy the view sheltered from the weather.

The Space:
The house has all the necessary comforts to spend a pleasant holiday with family or friends with a breathtaking view of the Bay of Morlaix.
An additional adjoining house can be rented, allowing you to accommodate up to 13 people (please contact us for more information).

It is composed of:
On the ground floor: a large living room with a sea view equipped with a large sofa and a television (orange TV), a separate kitchen with a new dishwasher and washing machine, a bathroom and separate toilet.
(all rooms have a sea view).
On the 1st floor : a bedroom with a double bed (130cm) and a bedroom with a twin bed (2 x 80cm)
On the 2nd floor: one bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and another bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and a single bed (90cm)

Wifi included.

The house is a central point to discover the bay of Morlaix. It is located 5 minutes from the town of Carantec and the town of Morlaix. There is direct access to the coastal hiking trails (GR 34).

An inner courtyard allows you to store your bikes or other beach stuff .

- The village of Locquénolé, its bar/grocery store, the children's park, and the skate park.
- The superb beaches of Carantec (Le Kelenn, La Grève Blanche, Tahiti)
- The Château du Taureau, a stroll on "Ile Callot" at low tide
- Golf, the nautical center, sailing school, the GR34 coastal hiking trail, fishing, and boat trips
- Visits to the Ile de Batz, Château du Taureau, Château de Kerjean, the Morlaix tobacco factory, the Cité des Sciences, and the Wolf Museum.
- The "Place aux Mômes" summer festival all summer long
- Discover local gastronomy with our oyster farmers and market gardeners, as well as the Carantec market on Thursdays and the Loquénolé night market on Wednesdays (July/August)


ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

- Free parking is available in the street in front of the house.
- Pets are not allowed.
- A €250 deposit is required (credit card imprint).
- A mandatory "interim cleaning" fee of €25 is included at the time of booking. This includes disinfecting the accommodation and providing a welcome kit including everything you need for the start of your stay: dishwashing liquid, toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, detergent, and a sponge. Linens (dishcloth and bath mat) are included.

OPTIONAL SERVICES:
- Bed and bath linens are not included; we offer them as an option for €30 per person.
- We also offer an "end-of-stay cleaning" fee for our guests who don't want to worry about cleaning before their departure. This fee is €90.
- Early check-ins and late check-outs are possible upon request and subject to availability, with an additional charge.
