MAVERICK on the COAST - ROMANTIC WATER EXUBERANCE!

PLEASE NOTE: Starting in the fall of 2026 (Sept 14th - Feb 20th, 2027) - NOT on the weekends – there will be construction in the building and periods of loud noise during business hours (Mon – Fri), as the exterior walkways are repaired and resurfaced.

As a result, rates have been reduced. Please connect with us - we will work with you and assist with an additional night stay at no cost (if booking at least two nights), if the calendar availability allows for it with your dates of travel.

This 14th floor condo is beautiful and has an amazing view. It is clean and the kitchen is well stocked. The communication was excellent, so checking in was easy. Indoor and outdoor pools and easy beach access.

Lovely condo for a beach getaway! The condo had everything we could need and the amenities of the facility can’t be beat. We loved the beach, pool, hot tubs, arcade room, and coffee shop. Couldn’t recommend any more! The hosts left detailed instructions that proved helpful and I referenced often.

This condo provides such an amazing view. We found it so peaceful and relaxing in between beach time to sit on the balcony and listen to the ocean and enjoy the view. The condo was just as described, was very well stocked, clean, and also was in a great location where you could easily walk to some restaurants or take a short drive to many restaurants and attractions. We appreciated the ramp provided to get to the beach it made it so much easier to access and carry all our stuff. We also enjoyed having multiple very nice swimming pools to choose from. The owners are amazing and answer any questions promptly. This condo was the perfect little home away from home and we enjoyed every minute. We would definitely stay again and would recommend it to anyone.

The place was clean and laid out nicely for my wife and I! The host worked with us on checkout time due to my wife's medical condition. My wife was concerned about it being on the 14th floor, but had no issue and loved the view! We spent most of our time sitting out on the balcony! The elevators were fast and easy to use! Great location to restaurants and shopping areas. Kitchen was stocked with most items you would need.
