Introducing Holleyday Hideaway! It does not have to be a holiday to enjoy the boutique experience this new listing offers. The new owners are excited to welcome guests to their lovely coastal retreat. This charming 1 bedroom condo is located in the beautifully renovated Perdido Skye building, offering all the convenience of the eastern end of Perdido Key.

Whether you prefer relaxing on the private balcony, soaking up the sun on a white sand beach, or lounging beside the beachfront pool, you're sure to appreciate the spectacular Gulf views. Sparkling sapphire waters with emerald hues along the sandbars stretch toward an endless blue horizon, creating a peaceful backdrop that feels like a living postcard.

The fresh and updated kitchen is fully equipped with stainless appliances and everything you need to prepare meals at home or pack snacks for the balcony or beach. Of course, you do not have to cook if you don't want to! Take a short walk to Villagio and enjoy several great restaurants. Perdido Key is also home to many local dining favorites, while even more restaurants, shopping, and attractions are just a short drive away in Downtown Pensacola and Orange Beach.

If you're looking for adventure, take advantage of the complimentary local waterway cruises and deep sea fishing experiences offered to PKRM guests through the exclusive Perdido Keys To Fun program on the Xplorie app. Perdido Key is a Boaters Paradise, but there is plenty of fun to enjoy on land as well. Guests may enjoy free golf at Lost Key Golf and Beach Club or spend an exciting day riding roller coasters at OWA.

Lovely property, very nice area, great beach. Jellyfish restaurant across the street is wonderful. We rented a beach cart package through the management company, but there are also chairs, umbrellas for rent at the beach (in the photo).

This is a beautiful condo with direct view of the beach from the balcony, clean, need a pin, all updated appliances. The location is great as well as it is close to many restaurants and shopping. And yet it is somewhat removed from the much more crowded areas of Orange Beach and Gulf Shores. Same beautiful ocean, gorgeous Condo, lots of great places to eat with water views, without all the hassle. Couldn’t be more perfect. The condo itself is a one bedroom with two bunkbeds in the hallway and a bath. Perfectly adequate for a small family or a couple. Suited my needs perfectly. Building itself was not noisy at all, parking was great. Check-in checkout was perfect and exactly as it was supposed to be. All went smoothly. Highly recommend this place.

We loved the view, the beach access, the ease of check-in, the comfortable bed, beautiful up-to-date furnishings, staying In the middle of everything. This condo had everything we needed for a week-long stay in Perdido Key.

Perfect space for my husband and I. Beautiful view of the ocean and it was great to walk down in the morning and put our chairs on the beach for the day. Check out Jellyfish across the street, great food!

This was one of the best vacations we have had. The condo looked just like the pictures. We enjoyed the view and the amazing location. Plenty of food choices plus grocery stores close by. Check in was convenient with the code on the door. Kitchen was wonderful with plenty of utensils and pots. We couldn’t ask for anything more. Thank you for letting us enjoy the property.

Great view, cozy, quiet nice furniture on the lanai and kitchen well equipped. Unfortunately the door to the freezer only opens about 30% so difficult to put some items in it. The front hallway rug is very worn as is the bedroom rug. We also had an issue with the toilet with the overflow tube which had come off and water was leaking out of the top and on to the floor. Luckily , we were there and I fixed it. We also were told the pool would be heated. Having said all this.I would definitely come back..

Great place! I have only 2 complaints.1 Booking was a hastle as i had to send them a pic of my id. I wasnt comfortable with this but it was not optional. 2 The property was vacant the night before our stay and therefore i asked for early check in. While i did eventually get it it was alot of back and forth.

Location was amazing and the unit was beautiful. I would not change a thing about that. Our only issue was they were doing construction in front of the elevator. We were originally told that the elevators would be fully accessible only to find out on Friday they would not be available Friday or Saturday. My partner has MS and climbing steps is difficult on a good day. This was frustrating, but having to carry luggage down flights of stairs just tipped the frustration scale to down right pissed off. Upfront honest communication would have allowed us to make a better decision for my partner’s health and safety.

Alot of PROS for this property - The condo was very neat and overlooked the beach. Beach acess was excellent. Pool looked nice but didn’t use it. Actually used the barbecue grill (only one of them was usuable). I had booked it so far in advance that I had to call the property manager to walk me through the process to check-in when I got an email for my upcoming stay. They were very courteous and were a great help. Televisions have live local stations but you can use your own streaming services. The TV's do not have a master sign out of those services (which I forgot to do and did when I got home. New appliances in the kitchen. The washer and dryer worked well. Publix and Winn Dixie are close in case you need to pick up some food items you didn't want to travel with them. My CONS for the property - It was stocked with many amenities but I only had two washcloths for a 5 day stay. I called the property manager on the second day of my stay and have yet to hear back for more towels. It was not an urgent request so I did not select the emergency service option on the automated phone system. I just went to Dollar General and bought some for the remainder of the stay. The refrigerator was showing that the filter needed to be replaced so was a little wary of the ice maker but we are still alive. There was a leak around the toilet. I thought it was just a one off on the third day but it came back on the last night/morning.
