Welcome to Emperor Castle, where the whole group fits, and nobody wants to leave. 🏠

We designed this home for groups who want to actually enjoy where they're staying, not just sleep there. Walk in to an open, airy living space anchored by a large sectional, smart TV with streaming, and enough room for everyone to gather. The layout flows into the kitchen and dining area so no one gets cut off from the conversation.

The full kitchen has everything you need: spacious counters, modern appliances, ☕ coffee maker, complete cookware, and a dining table that seats 6 (plus breakfast bar overflow).

Oh, and a corner bakery is literally steps from the front door for those easy mornings.

🎱 THE GAME ROOM
This is the room that makes Emperor Castle. Full-size pool table that converts to ping pong, a dartboard, and a PlayStation console. Pre-Ybor warmup? Post-beach wind down? Tuesday for no reason? The game room's always ready.

Good to Know Before You Book

To ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay, please review the following policies and potential additional fees. All charges are communicated upfront! No surprises at checkout.

Optional Services (subject to availability):
- Early check-in: $50
- Late check-out: $50

Guest & Stay Policies:
- Additional guests: Our policy allows up to 8 guests at no additional charge. However, any guests exceeding this number will incur a fee of $15 per person per night.

Pet Policy:
- $150 per pet (maximum of 3 pets)
- No charge for service animals
- All pets must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival
- Undisclosed or unauthorized pets will result in a $500 fee

Additional Fees:
- Lost & found shipping: $100
- Additional cleaning may be charged if the property requires service beyond our standard cleaning

House Guidelines:
- Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
- Minimum check-in age: 25
- A signed rental agreement is required prior to arrival
