This charming two-bedroom apartment, fully renovated in the summer of 2019, is located just steps from the old town, not far from the famous Unterlinden museum. Located on a quiet street, you will find restaurants and shops within a 5-minute walk. Practical and cosy, this apartment is ideal for spending a good stay in Colmar alone, as a couple, with friends, for a weekend, holidays or for work.

⚠️ The apartment is located opposite a bar, unfortunately, we had to note that you can of course hear some noise during the bar's operation. But the city centre is also very lively and anyone who rents an apartment in the city centre should expect it not to be as quiet.

🌃Colmar, city of art, history and heritage: Despite the vagaries of a tumultuous history, the city has preserved an exceptional homogeneity of its historic centre, which, classified as a "safeguarded sector", has benefited from permanent restoration and enhancement. The vast pedestrian zone of the old town allows visitors to admire the countless riches of a heritage as rich as it is varied, ranging from the Middle Ages to the 20th century.
Whether it is the House of Heads (erected at the beginning of the 17th century) which owes its name to the 111 heads that adorn its facade, or the Pfister House, a beautiful bourgeois residence from the Renaissance period but of medieval design, each of its monuments is unique in its kind.
Colmar's religious art is also very rich: the Dominican Church, which houses the famous "Virgin of the Rose Bush" by the Alsatian painter and engraver Martin Schongauer, as well as the Saint Martin Collegiate Church are wonderful examples of pure and sober Gothic art, of great simplicity.
Wandering through the streets, the visitor, amazed, discovers the numerous and beautiful signs, the roofs with shimmering colours... Strolling along the Quai de la Poissonnerie, formerly the nerve centre of fishing and fish sales, one falls under the charm of this picturesque district, now called "Little Venice".
House rule:
🚭 This apartment and all common areas are non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, hookahs and any other smoking device is strictly prohibited.
🚭 Smoking or using a smoking device will result in an additional £250 cleaning fee.
🐕 Pets are allowed with a supplement of €30 per animal, per stay, with prior request.
🧹 Bed and toilet linen as well as the standard final cleaning at the end of the stay are included in the price. This includes changing the bed linen, a general cleaning of the apartment and sanitary facilities.
🧹 However, it is up to you to clean and tidy the dishes, take out the bins, empty the fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave and tidy up inside the apartment. If you do not wish to do this, you can order a so-called "complete cleaning" supplement for the apartment before your arrival for 30 euros. In the absence of prior booking of this option, and in the event of non-compliance with these instructions, cleaning fees of 60€ will be charged to you.
📝 A digital contract signature and your identity document, via the Yaago platform, will be requested after booking, as well as the information for the police form, in accordance with current regulations. If the identity of the persons present during the stay does not match that of the booking, we reserve the right to deny you access to the accommodation.
