In the heart of downtown Colmar, stay in a 58m² cocoon with a hot tub just for you, for a weekend, a night or 2, come and relax for a moment at the Hansi apartment.

This apartment has a bedroom with a double bed completed by an office space a large corner sofa living room and a fully equipped open kitchen (fridge/freezer, hob, oven, micro -waves, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, toaster, classic Nespresso coffee maker). The bathroom consists of a shower a double sink and a whirlpool bath The toilets are separated from the bathroom.



So that you can fully enjoy your stay, you will have bathrobes, slippers and Rituals toiletries upon arrival.

A bottle of crémant will be waiting for you in the fridge, and unbreakable flutes will be at your disposal if you want to enjoy these bubbles in your hot tub.



The apartment is on the 3rd floor with elevator.



The whole apartment will be yours. Always in the spirit of satisfying you at best during your stay:

cleaning will be done,

the bed will be made with clean sheets,

clean towels will be at your disposal as well as bath mats and a kitchen towel

free WIFI connection



You can optionally reserve a private parking space in the basement of the building or nearby



House rules:



Animals are accepted on request (animals under 15kg and not dangerous) with a supplement of 30€ per stay per animal. It is requested that animals be kept on a leash outside the accommodation.



This accommodation is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, hookahs and any other smoking device is prohibited.

Smoking or using a smoking device will result in an additional €250 cleaning charge penalty.





Parties are not allowed. You are asked during your stay to respect the neighborhood.



Bed linen and towels as well as standard final cleaning at the end of the stay are included in the price. This includes change of bed linen, general cleaning of the apartment and sanitary facilities.

However, it is up to you to clean and put away the dishes, clean the barbecue, take out the trash cans, empty the fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave as well as tidy up inside the apartment. If you do not want to take care of this, you can order a supplement called "complete cleaning" of the apartment before your arrival for 50€. In the absence of prior reservation of this option, and in the event of non-compliance with these instructions, penalties of €100 for cleaning costs will be invoiced to you.



For stays of 8 nights or more, a complete weekly cleaning with change of all linen is included in the price, always with the exception of the equipped kitchen and dishes. The desired weekly cleaning day (excluding Sundays and public holidays) must be indicated on your yaago traveler space at least 48 hours in advance. It will be confirmed to you subject to availability. Weekly cleaning is free. If you do not want this service, it can be canceled but will not be refunded.

For stays of 7 nights or less, it is possible to reserve a “cleaning during the stay” option before the stay, always with the exception of the equipped kitchen and the dishes with an additional charge, upon prior reservation.



A signature of a digital contract as well as your ID, via the Yaago platform, will be requested after booking, as well as information for the police file, in accordance with the regulations in force. If the identity of the people present during the stay does not match that of the reservation, we reserve the right to refuse you access to the accommodation.
