With everything you need (and more!) enjoy days of fun in the sun at the Carolinian Beach Resort! Guests will have access to great amenities inside the condo as well as everything the resort has to offer.

Your reservation includes buffet breakfast for two guests at Magnolia’s at 26th. Tickets are valid only on the date issued. ***Extra breakfasts are available for $10 + tax*** just a short walk from the hotel. Each property is equipped with one or more rental boxes. You will enjoy free Blockbuster rentals during your stay. Also check out the Snack Shack located on the 1st floor of the registration building.

All Oceana Resorts guests are provided with a package of tickets from local partners. The program offers one free ticket from up to three partners per reservation. Additional tickets are available to purchase when the free tickets are redeemed. Details are updated seasonally on our property-specific websites.

Scenic beauty

The ocean view was awesome, the breakfast buffet was great, the customer service was good. All kitchen utensils were readily available. The sofa bed should have been kept cleaned. Overall a great experience.

This place had plenty of room for all of us. Very clean. The balcony was great. Free breakfast and free goofy golf. Total bonus!! Loved our stay

Do Not Book This Property. The Worst.

While the view may be absolutely incredibly, it will be the only positive part of your stay at this place. We checked in, arrived in our condo, only to be greeted by the worst smell of cleaning agents. It was so strong we had to cover our faces to put our bags down. The tile floors were still covered in cleaning agent, and were slick/gooey all over with a film of cleaning agent. We contacted Vacasa immediately, and left the property for dinner, in hopes that it would be remedied by the time we got back. They said they would contact the local staff immediately. A day later after we had already gotten back home, they were still saying that. Two days later, they said the local staff had gone to the condo that morning, and there was no smell, and no resolution could happen. It made our stay nearly unbearable, if not for the strong ocean breezes we were able to keep coming through to knock down the smell. There were also cockroaches in the kitchen, and the furniture looked as if it were purchased second hand from a defunct hotel bankruptcy sale. Like I said to begin with, the view is amazing. That was literally the only positive thing I Can say about my experience here. If you are here to party and drink and don’t care about where you sleep, this place is for you. If you have a family, and want a safe, clean environment, then avoid this place entirely. I feel bad for the property owners that entrust their property to the managers. I’d encourage them to make a visit.

First, Magnolias breakfast sold this room for you but it was clean, plenty of dishes, laundry appliances, bug restrooms and great view.

Great time, but place that is over this condo needs work

I want to start out by saying I am related to the owner of this condo. I had no problems with the condo itself-(there are some minor issues that need to be fixed like door handle on master bedroom- owner is aware of the issues and is working on getting them taken care of. We had a great trip overall however house keeping is terrible which is no fault to the owner. When we arrived check in was easy- no issues Issue number one-Got into the room and the guest bedroom with two beds smelled like smoke. We have a baby and this is where we planned to set him up. He has not been exposed to smoke as we do not smoke. Issue 2-There were no trash bags in any trash cans. I called downstairs and reported ALONG with letting the owner know. The owner called and report the issue to the manager that is over the condos that are rented out… Nothing was done. No one ever came to help with smell or give us trash bags… Thankfully the owners closest was accessible to us because we were given a key so we were able to use their trash bags and spray that helped with smell. Housekeeping and management need to do a better job. Check out was super easy as well.

Everything was as described. Beds were cmfortable. Great view from 8th floor.

Three fast elevators. Never had to wait long. Hot tub was not working due to repairs.

Had roaches running all over the kitchen counter at night. We had to throw out groceries We had on the counter and had to change rooms late at night. We've stayed here for years and this year showed it had not been taken care.

Great lay out of the room

Rooms was very clean. Great view. Everything was great. Lazy river was wonderful. Only thing was maintenance came in after knocking that we didn't hear and started spraying around the balcony doors. It would have been nice to have had a call or scheduled something with us. My wife was getting ready in the bedroom and he never ask if he could come in. Rude

It was ok….

The room was ok but looked a little shabby. There were no extra blankets. Housekeeping didn’t come during the week because of Covid so we had to wash our own towels and request toilet paper and trash bags. The ice machine on the floor didn’t work until our last day. This place worked for this trip but I wouldn’t return. The hotel staff was kind and the area was fun.
