With an unbeatable oceanfront location and multiple resort amenities, you'll never want to leave! Small but practical, let this be your place to rest your feet after days and days of fun.

Your reservation includes buffet breakfast for two guests at Magnolia’s at 26th. Tickets are valid only on the date issued. ***Extra breakfasts are available for $10 + tax*** just a short walk from the hotel. Each property is equipped with one or more rental boxes. You will enjoy free Blockbuster rentals during your stay. Also check out the Snack Shack located on the 1st floor of the registration building.

All Oceana Resorts guests are provided with a package of tickets from local partners. The program offers one free ticket from up to three partners per reservation. Additional tickets are available to purchase when the free tickets are redeemed. Details are updated seasonally on our property-specific websites.

Perfect room for a short stay. Very clean and beautiful view of the ocean. Staff were very pleasant and check in was easy. The breakfast was included and was delish. Will definitely return.

The ocean view was the best part. We weren’t aware however that the company the rents chairs and umbrellas would bully us and makes move from our spot on the beach . We also were told not to order from companies that put flyers on the doors but to ask for reputable restaurant recommendations. The staff were pleasant and overall clean. My only complaint was that our kitchenette sink drained slow but we were too busy to say anything during our stay, but I’m sure the amazing staff would have taken care of it. The breakfast offered at the Magnolia was excellent and the staff was just as good. Would stay again

Loved it

The room itself was nice and loved the mini kitchen area. The pool area was nice and I loved that they had a pool outside in the sun and one inside in the shade. Overall loved it.

Good location. Nice view of the beach. Helpful staff. Breakfast at nearby restaurant was nice. Unit shows some age, but bed is good and everything works. Closet and bathroom doors were warped through years of humidity and hard to close.

Excellent property, chaotic check in

Be aware that check in is at 2 pm for everyone staying at this establishment. Early check in was not made available to us. The loading/unloading area was a traffic jammed nightmare. The parking garage requires a key code for entry, which you don't receive until you complete check in. People checking in were incredibly rude and stressed. Staff were fine.The room, amenities, and complimentary breakfast were great!

Convenient

Much like a hotel room but with a kitchenette. Well stocked and convenient. Right on the beach with a pool and hot tib. Everything was clean.

Poor customer service

After my wife and her Mother and my 13 year old daughter arrived at the property they were denied entry as I had booked the room. They had my card I booked it with, but were told I had to be there. They called me and I was told to call customer service and add my wife. I stayed on hold for 90 minutes and no one ever came to the phone. The people at the resort were not helpful and after 2 hours of sitting in the Lobby they left and found lodging elsewhere. Very disappointed that after we paid for a room no one was willing to try and help us and no refund was offered.

Nice Thanksgiving weekend

We had a very nice stay here. Very relaxing. Only thing I found that this unit need fixing is the entry door. It is rubbing the jam. Making it hard to open. I am a strong person and had a hard time pushing it open. The wife is small and could not open it. Didn't call the front desk about because I could open it. I am just mentioning now because your future guest could ding your review big. Should be an easy fix. Over all a very nice stay.

Beautiful View and Excellent Breakfast

The resort was very clean and orderly! The sand around the pool deck was a bit much due to their boardwalk shower being out of order. Our last day, it was working. The perks that came with our stay were great!
