There is a 40 lb weight limit for dogs. Restricted breeds include Pit Bulls, Staffordshire Terriers, German Shepherds, Rottweilers, Presa Canarios, Chow, Mastiffs, Doberman Pinschers, Akita, Wolf hybrids, Cane Corso, Great Danes, Alaskan Malamutes, Boxers, Huskies, American Bulldogs, Mini Bullies, and Belgian Malinois. This includes mixes of these breeds as well.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

My time

The hot water in the day took over 5 minutes to come. The keypad on the door sometimes took 2-6 tries to open. The patio door lock does not work and is not lined up Spent a day speaking with your company trying to get wifi and tv to work. Alway had to use someone else’s wifi

Beautiful view

The size of the room was perfect for our family of four. It was very clean. The view was absolutely perfect. An unobstructed view of the ocean. Our only complaint was the refrigerator would somehow migrate just enough to keep us from opening the door. It was manageable if we were leaving the room but trying to enter the room with the fridge in the way was a bit of a challenge at times. Other than that we would absolutely stay there again.

Ocean dreams

Our room faced the ocean we were on the 8th floor. The weather was so perfect we were able to leave the sliding glass door open and listen to the waves while relaxing in a very comfortable room. Was so peaceful

You will work

Employees seemed bothered and had attitude when you ask for something, you have to return your towels to get new ones every time they will not give you more than whoever is in your room, but they are always dirty, and you have to wait for hours if not the next day till get clean ones. I had to drop them in a metal laundry drop which is what the staff is to do because it hit my arm and its now swollen. I asked for my room to be services being we stayed over a week I even offered to clean it myself they said no. The sighs on the elevator indicated workers must wait and not use along with guest. Not the case. Kids kept running knocking on doors and running all hours of the night.

Pet friendly and family friendly. We enjoyed our stay until the last evening Thursday when a ton of young spring breakers showed up and carried on with loud music and door slamming until 4am but that was of no fault of the hotel. We were glad to have stayed for the week rather than the weekend the crowd was much different!

Great value

This unit was well maintained and clean. It had all the necessities to make a short or long beach stay feel like home. Another strong positive is that every person on staff was friendly and spoke to you when they passed. I will stay here again.

Nice dog friendly place

Our stay at Myrtle Beach at Ocean resort was great. I'm only giving it a good review because I felt the room could have been cleaner when we arrived . The one gentleman with the long ponytail at the front desk was extremely friendly. Custodial workers and housekeeping staff were very friendly and attentive. This resort is right off the beach and has an amazing view from the 8 floors down we were on the 8th floor. Indoor pool area could use an update . All in all we will most likely book here again due to it being dog friendly . This resort is also close to the boardwalk in driving distance there are local restaurants, pancake houses, fast food, there are also local bar and grills nearby. We ate take out from Sea World if you get the opportunity to eat there or order out do so it was amazing

Absolutely loved this place

This place is great! Beautiful beach view, clean rooms, felt very safe. I love that each room has individual wifi, so you can use a Chromecast. And I also love that it is dog friendly! 😁

Nice place and great view

The room was as described and had a great ocean view! Very plain decor with white walls. We didnt have hot water the day after check in which was resolved within 24 hours. One piece of feedback id offer is to tell the guests bringing dogs along which breeds are prohibited at the time of booking. While our dogs breed wasnt on the list, it would've been a shame to drive 9 hours with her only to be turned away once we arrived due to her breed. The listing mentions a size limit but not a breed restriction.

Pictures and description is misleading

This place does not look as pictured and described. The doors are rusty the windows looked as if they had not been cleaned since when. When we left out and had to return we could barely get back in because the refrigerator was some how blocking the door we had to push it back towards the wall. This place is definitely not what's being advertised and we won't be visiting here again.
