La terrasse du logement est le vrai plus, rien a redire la dessus.NĂ©anmoins certains Ă©quipements annoncĂ©s n'Ă©taient pas prĂ©sents (lave vaisselle, bouilloire, internet).Des fils Ă©lectriques visibles dans la salle de bain, et peu d'Ă©clairage dans celle ci.La robinetterie est oxydĂ©e et peu de pression d'eau dans la douche et le lavabo de la salle de bain.Odeur de remontĂ©e d'Ă©gout du fait qu'il n'y ai pas de siphon dans les Ă©vacuations d'eaux.A noter que les fenĂȘtres et portes fenĂȘtres sont du simple vitrage.Le logement est situĂ© non loin du site archĂ©ologique historique et proche de l'Ăźle d'ortigia.Les plages aux alentours sont trĂšs petites et la plus proche est portuaire. La plage montrĂ©e sur la photo de l'annonce est une plage privĂ©e d'un hĂŽtel et son prix est de 120 la journĂ©e pour 2 transats et un parasol.
