Beautiful home at an amazing location (GRB is a family favorite). Communication with the host was prompt and friendly. The cleanliness was immaculate - including some fun hotel-style towel folding displayed on the beds. The beds were really comfortable, even the twins (which isn't always the case). It was great having all the sheets and towels included. The kitchen was modern and clean. This time of year the beach is very quiet, and the neighbors were almost invisible. The weather cooperated for an absolutely lovely, sunny stay. Would definitely consider renting again!

Words cannot properly describe this property! It is perfection ! I sat for hours in front of the picture window and watched the seals sunbath out on the rocks! Morning coffee on the deck after a wonderful night's sleep in the very comfortable and cozy beds ! Daily walks on the beach, tide pooling at low tide and breath-taking sunsets and sunrises on the ocean ! Its honestly a dream vacation spot!The host is very sweet and great with communication !

This is a lovely newer very clean property on the beach. The house sits back from the beach about 50 yards. There is nice grass yard with tiny bridge with steps to the beach. Perfect for privacy and beach access! The bedrooms are on the ground floor - there are two bedrooms with queen beds that have bathroom en-suite. Third bedroom faces the beach and has 2 twin beds and shares one of the bathrooms. There is also a trundle bed in a common area which doubles as couch for TV! This floor has door to yard/beach - and steps down to yard. Grill.The top floor has lots windows facing beach for GREAT view, sunset and seal watching. Couch with TV, kitchen w counter seating, dining room table. 2 small balconies 1 on road side, 1 beach. Kitchen has everything you need, 2 coffee pots (1 Keurig, 1 12-cup pot). Powder room off kitchen.Bring your own soap/shampoo etc -none provided in bathrooms. Bath towels are limited, beach towels provided.Great location to Kennebunkport and south beaches and not far from Portland. Parking was on property. Before you arrive you’ll get a code to open the key box.We would definitely stay again!

Lovely property & beautiful beach

Very comfortable, modern and clean house. Lots of light and great view from the living area upstairs. Has 2.5 baths, perfect for 3 bedrooms And the beach is just beautiful! .we hope to return again sometime.

Awesome stay at Goose Rocks Beach

We had a great stay and the house was incredibly clean! The views of the ocean were beautiful and the access to the beach was convenient. We were in touch with the hosts a few times with questions and they always responded quickly. We would definitely recommend a stay at this house and look forward to a future visit!

The property was perfect for our family. Everything is as described and very clean and comfortable. The quality of every furnishing, from the mattresses to the mugs was exceptional. These small touches made our vacation truly feel relaxing yet luxurious. The beach views are amazing. We spent every day on the beach and at times felt like we had it all to ourselves. We definitely hope to stay here again!

We had a wonderful long family weekend at this beautiful property. The location is excellent and the house is very well maintained. We would definitely love to return. Also a big thanks to Abigail for her excellent communication!

Delightful beach house

We loved everything about this place. Perfect size for our family of five. Having the living space and kitchen on the second floor allowed us to enjoy the beautiful views of the ocean. Kitchen is well equipped. We would definitely return here.
