The Space:

Step into a world of comfort and entertainment with our meticulously designed spaces. This single-level 5,000 square-foot home features 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 16 guests. The master bedroom offers a king-size bed, a queen-size Murphy bed, and an air mattress, along with a stone fireplace and a luxurious en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and a lounge tub. Three guest bedrooms boast a king-size bed, and a single bed, with additional floor mattresses available. A fourth guest bedroom provides a queen-size bed, and the final guest bedroom is a kids' paradise, with two bunk beds, a double bed, and an air hockey table. Each guest bedroom has its own TV. Enjoy two living rooms, each with a fireplace. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a fridge, oven, range top, microwave, dishwasher, and trash compactor, and a walk-in pantry. A dining table and a breakfast bar complete the space. Outside, enjoy the brand new putting green and pickleball court. The main patio level features outdoor games, including a pool table, ping pong table, and cornhole. The backyard offers breathtaking mountain views, with a pool and spa overlooking the lower oasis.

Welcome to your Lakeside retreat! As a guest, you'll have exclusive access to the entire 5,000-square-foot single-level home and its numerous amenities. This includes all six bedrooms, each with its own TV, and the four bathrooms. Enjoy the two spacious living rooms, both featuring cozy fireplaces. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and a walk-in pantry, perfect for preparing meals. Step outside to the brand new putting green and pickleball court for some friendly competition. The main patio level offers outdoor games like a pool table, ping pong table, and cornhole. Relax and unwind in the private pool and spa, overlooking breathtaking mountain views. You'll also have access to the BBQ grill and fire pit for memorable outdoor gatherings.

Nestled in a secluded neighborhood atop a hill, this home offers breathtaking 180-degree panoramic views and stunning sunsets. Outdoor enthusiasts will love the direct access to hiking and mountain biking trails right outside the back door. Family Retreat

The wow factor you see in the listing lives up to it in person. This was our last hoorah before our grandkids went back to school. We all loved the stay. There was so much to do for all of us. Everyone definitely wants to come back. Be prepared, some the grandkids broke down crying when we had to go. Kevin was available for communication throughout our stay.

Lots of parking, enjoyed by all.The master bathroom needs attention to the shower heads and the vanity outlets fixed. Everything else was perfect.

We had a wonderful stay. The house was roomy enough for everyone to have their own space. We had 15 people. The room with bunk beds is great for kids to be together. The beds were very comfortable. The outside space was wonderful. Great pool and hot tub, beautiful views and lots of activities for all. Worked with the property manager for the most part. He was great and very responsive. There are odds and ends that need attention but nothing that terrible. I would definitely recommend a stay here!

Parents’ 80th Birthday

My extended family and I stayed at the property for my parents’ 80th birthdays. The property was beautiful inside and out. We had a wide range of ages staying and everyone had plenty of activities to enjoy. The amenities are fantastic and the house was so clean. The property manager was also extremely responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend staying here!

Amazing scenery great place!

Absolutely gorgeous landscaping, beautiful views, and plenty do on the property with big group. It rained a few days while we were there but that didn’t stop us from enjoying the hot tub, heated pool, pickleball court and playing games under the porch. Our large group had plenty of activities at the house and we were located close to a costco that allowed us to take full advantage of the grill with a great sunset view. Would definitely stay again! Thanks.

Wonderful Spring Break

We recently stayed at this property with a group of our extended family and it was amazing. Our group of kids and adults was able to spread out and have plenty of room for everyone to hang out but still have their own space when needed. The backyard/pool area was by far our favorite place to be. The views are gorgeous and the pool is spacious we honestly didn’t even need to go anywhere else with such an amazing living space. The property feels private and secluded like you are at your own little resort. We definitely want to come back asap!!

Great time!

Had a great time at this property. 14 of us stayed at the property while in town for a weekend golf trip. Beautiful property with an amazing pool, ping pong, pool table, etc. Great kitchen for cooking, full grill and plenty of refrigerators for storing food and beverages for a big group of people. The place is secluded and unlike any place I have stayed before. If I am ever in a situation where I need to rent a place in San Diego, I will call Mr. Boyd!

The house was spectacular. There were a lot of lights out and not working and some cupboard door handles that were loose but neither of those diminished our stay. Also, the guest bathroom water doesn’t work well in the sink. But the place definitely needs some minor TLC.

Impressive but Horrible

Pros: * Large house * Great back yard * Large pool * Many activities Cons: * Cockroaches in master bathroom. Over the course of our 3-night stay, we must have gotten rid of at least 6 roaches. * Shower fixtures were falling apart. We could not properly use 2 of the bathrooms. * No privacy - don't be fooled; this is NOT a private home. There is another structure on the property with some people working there, and the sides of the house are wide open, so on more than one occasion, we had people coming into the backyard seemingly out of nowhere. On one of the days, the poolman just suddenly showed up and started cleaning the pool while we were swimming, and the ladies felt extremely awkward. * Horrible wifi - speedtest of 1.5Mb - that's basically slightly better than the old dial-up modems. Forget about streaming anything without buffering or really bad picture quality. * The powder room had a water pressure issue trickling only a little bit of water. * The fridge was fixed (and unchangeable) to temperatures that were not cold enough for ice in the freezer or to keep the food from spoiling in the fridge. The owner had to have another fridge hauled into the yard for use. * Multiple lights were out and the rooms were fairly dark.

Beautiful house for small groups

I booked this house to host our small team company retreat. Kevin’s property was the largest we could find in the area with a great price, location, and amenities offered. Before checking in, we reached out to the host for some questions and he was very responsive and got back to us in a timely manner. We received a copy of the house rules and instructions 1 week before our stay which was super helpful because it made checking in very seamless. Thanks to the rules provided in advance, checking in was seamless and painless. Once in, we were able to connect to wifi, turn on the hot tub, and t.v. Unfortunately, the instructions to turn on the hot water were in the original instructions and we had to call the host a day later to ask for help. Some of our team members had to shower in cold water because it was very late when we couldn't figure it out. Ideally, the hot water instructions would be good to have in the instructions book. We were extremely disappointed to find that there were not 14 beds as stated in the listing. We counted a total of 10 individual beds. No pull-outs, not even inflatable mattresses. Fortunately, some of our team members opted out last minute so we had enough space, however it would have been a total nightmare if we needed them as we had been planning this retreat for months. The listing needs to be changed to say that it has 10 beds not 14. The room with the bunk beds are made for children or very small/petite adults. So realistically, it holds 5 individual adults, and 5 children max. During the first day of checking in, in the middle of the early afternoon, we were accosted by the neighbors across the way because the locking noise on our vehicle was apparently too loud. The common house amenities were acceptable, with plenty of clean towels, and some shampoo/body soap in each bathroom. The kitchen was very large and great for our group of 13, it seemed as if there were over 30 drawers, with some that had kitchen utensils, and others that were empty. It would have been helpful to have labels on them as finding a spoon took over 2 minutes. Most of the knives were completely dull and a hazard to use. 1-2 out of the 4 kitchen stove tops did not work well/at all. The host left us a box of goodies and a bottle of wine which was nice. There were many places to store cold drinks and wine which was great. I wish we had a larger refrigerator. In addition, the internet was extremely slow and almost non-existent. The network

Beautiful outside space, but some things to consider

The absolute best thing about this house is the outdoor entertainment space. The pool is fantastic with a gorgeous view, a firepit (might need a little servicing), a ping pong table and pool table under an overhang to help protect against the heat. There is ample space in the house for a large group, the beds were comfortable, the home was clean and the furnishings were sparse, but sufficient. It is very clear, however, that this house is vacant most of the time as there are little details that are broken throughout the house. For example, 2 of 4 bathroom door locks didn't work, the front door lock did not work (which apparently Keven knew before our visit because the house cleaner told us on checkout that he knew), several of the utility sinks didn't have water turned on, quite a few lightbulbs were out, and the WiFi (both available networks) were so inconsistent that it was faster to use 5g instead of the WiFi (but this meant all streaming services on TVs didn't work well). One other issue is that the house, although it is advertised as private, actually has a construction-type business with workers coming every day on the same property. It definitely felt less private and we only used the pool side of the house because the workers were taking their breaks on the other side. They were friendly, but still, there was no mention of this in the house description, so it felt odd. Overall, it was a good rental, I just think it has the potential to be a great rental with a little attention to upkeep, better WiFi and a note in the listing that there is a business on the same property.

Amazing view and beautiful house

This house is great for kids and adults, lots of fun things to do there: swimming in the pool or jacuzzi, playing pool, ping pong, bean bag toss, or just relaxing around the house. The house is located on top of a hill so you have an amazing view all around. The property manager Kevin was quick in all his responses. He was easy to get in touch with during our stay too. I would recommend this house, it was great to just get away from all the pandemic issues and our busy work schedules. If relaxation is what you're looking for, this is your place!
