Well loved, beautifully designed cozy house with artful plantings separating outdoor spaces. The pergola and wall hedges are so well cared for. It is so convenient to the beach, rental bikes, Stuarts's Market, and Amagansett itself. Ideal for a comfortable getaway with access to conveniences.

Lovely secluded and very beautiful house pool house. We didn't live the scratchy wool blankets and spiders on the walls (decor). better bedding would have made it worth the value.

Cannot say enough good things about this beautiful home! From the serene, well designed pool area to the spacious interior and additional room in the pool house, it’s perfect for a small group or couple’s stay. Town is a quick 5 min walk away with lots of great shops, coffee, gifts and places to eat or sit and relax. The house itself is full of retro board games, a fireplace, books and all of the streaming services so you can relax inside anytime. Also has a grill and a hot tub. Just the best - highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful, beautiful and clean property in Amagansett.

The house itself was charming but the outdoor pool was full of leaves and algae. Yard and outdoors was not cleaned. Branches and leaves everywhere. We visited at the end of March.Host communication was very slow.Dead bugs inside and the second TV was not functional.

Amazing House and Location!

This property was even better than expected. It was perfect for our family of 4 and so convenient to the beach and Amagansett town. The pool and house were amazing and very private. We would definitely come back. Thank you for having us!!

Our holiday in Long Island was fabulous and, overall, lived up to all our expectations. The location of the rental was excellent, with easy access to Amagansett, and we enjoyed being able to walk into the village.The house itself is very pleasant, and the gardens were as pictured and well cared for. There were, however, a few areas that we felt could benefit from some attention.The sun loungers were looking a little tired, and the cushions under the gazebo were soaking wet when we arrived. As we did not use this area during our stay, we only discovered this when we went to bring the cushions inside after seeing the weather forecast for the evening. Unfortunately, when we lifted them, our dresses, feet and suede shoes became completely saturated, as the underside of every cushion was absolutely sodden — incredibly wet, almost as though they had been submerged in water. This was particularly unfortunate and would be worth addressing to prevent similar issues for future guests.The house was generally well equipped with everything we needed. However, it did feel somewhat damp during our stay, despite having the air conditioning running. We also experienced a leak from the roof in one of the bedrooms, which unfortunately kept my husband awake at night. There was also a noticeable damp patch on the wall in the other bedroom.The bed linen and pillows also felt somewhat tired and could benefit from being replaced. The linen had not been ironed and the beds smelled musty not fresh.

Perfect Retreat

The property is so incredibly well designed. Everything about the place was thought out so nicely and made our stay so enjoyable. I really enjoyed every second and would definitely go back again.

Cozy, charming interior. Beautiful grounds, pool and spa. Great central and walkable location. The 2X parking spaces were very tight. Would have liked to had a toaster/toaster oven and a microwave. If you are not used to sleeping in double beds with another person, this home is not for you.

Our stay was truly a 10 out of 10. The location of the house is perfect, it being walking distance to Amagansett, the town tennis courts, the local farm stand and fish market. The house is well-equipped and very easy to navigate. The landscaped property and pool is beautiful and serene.Paul was very responsive to any questions we had. We definitely will return our next time out East!

Cute little gem in Amagansett. Well located near town and beaches. The backyard is the highlight with its beautiful pool and grounds. It is very serene and private back there. Inside the house is tight but functional. One thing we found to be strange/creepy were the dead tarantulas in frames throughout the main house and pool house. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider this place again!

I would move in if I could.

The most beautiful backyard. The house is cozy. Everything has a place. Walkable to town. If you have a big car, just know that parking is slightly difficult. I have a giant Land Rover and had to back out of the driveway - wouldn’t stop me from staying here again. A true peaceful retreat and meticulously designed.
