Two floor condo townhouse easy access. Fully equipped. Downstairs lenai with beautiful view of lagoon with tropical surroundings. Only condo that does not directly face other condos that provides more seclusion and a peaceful ambiance. (see photos) upstairs are the two porches the first for a larger group and the second off the master bedroom overlooks the lagoon. Bedrooms on second floor (master and second with twin beds. Both leading to porches. Staying at the condo with quiet surrounding gives you a chance to think and relax while kids keep busy with many things to do. Area provides great exercise with many hiking paths or just walk on the white sand beach or relax on one of the best beaches in Florida on Anastasia Island,- to go back in history Downtown St,Augustine , the oldest city in USA , IS 10 min by car.Activities too many to mention. the village Prado has many activities on the ocean or in the large heated pool.

Primo Property

We have been visiting St Augustine and have rented condos in Seawinds for years and this was our best experience yet. The condo was exceptionally clean, really nicely decorated, and very comfortable. Location is a short walk to the beach and very quiet, a perfect escape.

Very clean place in excellent location!!

Nice, clean property in condo development right on the beach! Also has a nice size pool, that’s usually empty. The place is a bit dated but everything is in good working condition. Amazing location for everything!!

Beachfront condo

Accurately described; beach access was great; pool and hot tub were closed the first week we were there for repairs but now that the repairs are done, that shouldn't happen again for many years. Most neighbors were very friendly but some (one) seemed as though they would rather there weren't any rentals.

PERFECTION

I don’t use the word PERFECT lightly. Our condo, neighborhood, access to EVERYTHING and last yet not least, our PROPERTY MANAGER was PERFECT!. Unit could use updating: den upholstery, bathroom grab bars and anti slip tubs, Blinds at sliding doors, twin mattresses, broken beach chairs. Area under trash can unacceptable. Deep cleaning throughout would benefit this great location. Pool and walk to beach saved our stay.

We’ve been to St Augustine many times but never stayed out at the beach. This property was very clean and spacious with a very short walk to the beach. Well stocked. The owner was quick to answer any messages. We would stay again!

Wonderful place to stay....close to everything!

We had a super time at our condo. We stayed for two months and when we first got there, we had a couple of issues, however the owner took care of it right away. Wonderful location, great neighbors and very quiet. The condo is a little dated, but the owners are working on improvements all the time. I would highly recommend this place.

Christmas vacation

Nice property and great community everyone friendly. A few property issues, such as wear items and Air conditioning stop working. The owner of the property was very quick in solving the few issues and had the A/C fixed on Christmas day. Owner wasn't aware of a few other issues, but was thankful that I made him aware. Overall it's a nice place to stay and I recommend it highly.

Sea Winds is a quiet friendly place. Good neighbors and the condo is between Pool area/ jacuzzi and ocean. 5 min walk to each. Private setting. not directly facing condos on other side of lagoon. Lenai and two sun porches on second floor. Has a non expansive ocean View.
