Less than 5 minutes by car from the beaches of Six-Fours and all amenities.In the outdoors (260 m2) you can enjoy the swimming pool at the front of the house and barbecue in the back yard. Beautiful detached house.Kitchen open to living room and living room, bright spaces.Upstairs rooms with air conditioning.Heated outdoor pool from May to October at the front of the house and barbecue in the back yard. Bathroom and separate toilet.Possibility to park two cars in the garden.Bedding:Double bed in 160 cm (bedroom 1)2 single beds in 90 cm (bedroom 2)2 single beds in 90 cm (bedroom 3)Equipment:-Air conditioning, internet, TV, washing machine-Ceramic glass hob (4 fires), dishwasher, oven, microwave, extractor hood, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, coffee maker, kettle- Garden furniture, barbecue, parasol-Table and iron, vacuum cleaner, broom, serpillar, sweeper and shovel, stretcher.We accept holiday vouchers (depending on booking platform).Linen, towels and end of stay cleaning are not included, you can choose to include these services at the prices of: - Towels: € 10 per person- limited use sheets for a bed in 90 : 10 €- limited use sheets for a bed in 160 : 20 €- Household end of stay : 150 €- Animal package : 25 € / animalNon-smoking accommodation.Rental for 4 adults and 2 children maximum."Our arrivals (in July and August only) will take place from Sunday to Sunday... less plugs, no trucks."
