Memorial Day Weekend

We had a wonderfully relaxing stay at Sea Woods. The beach, pool and local restaurants were fun too!

Awesome place! Great local!

The place was a great location, clean, quiet! It had everything you needed for a great stay! Jen in the office was wonderful. I hope to stay with them again when we return and highly recommend them!

Great place for families with pets! The air stopped working and rental company was over ASAP to repair it!!!

Loved the location though I must admit from the add, I thought we would be closer to the beach. However, the condo is really close to the well kept pool and the beach has drive on access! The condo had all that we needed and the price was great.

I would suggest to declutter the condo, remove carpet and update the whole unit.

It was one of the few condos that allow pets, which was great. We had a good time, but I think it’s a little overpriced for how much updating it needs.

The blinds were broken causing extreme sunlight early in the morning.

There was a cereal bowl with food in it in the sink. Blinds were broken making it impossible to sleep with the street light at night and the sun early in the morning. One of the kids bedrooms bedding smelled so disgusting that my youngest son could not sleep in the bed. When I laid in the bed to see I almost trew up it smelled so horrific.

The unit has old carpet that has a urine odor, my 14 yr old daughter found a 1/2 gallon liquor bottle and several twisted tea cans under her bed where it was also filthy dirty. also there is mold growing 0n the shower door track in the master bath. the kitchen had the smell of a sour mop and there are ceiling fans that are inoperable and the ac does not cool the unit in the middle of the day

Condo 257

We have stayed here in this condo the last 6 years. The grounds are beautiful and we have met and become friends with many people. We were disappointed that the pool by our condo has been closed the the last 2 years. We had to drive to the other pool as I am unable to walk and carry things that far. My son came to visit and both he and I received a $35.00 parking ticket for parking on the road. The signs say to not park on the grass which we did not. We did not want to park in the lot to take away another person's condo spot. I appealed the ticket but it was denied. Maybe issue parking passes so this does not happen again.

Just what we needed

I would highly recommend, especially if you have dogs. Lots of shady streets & paths for morning & evening walks during the heat of summer. The condo had easy beech access across the street, fantastic pools, tennis courts, pickle ball, shuffle board. We had a great trip.

The condo was musty smelling when we checked in and I believe for the price was elevated for what we got. I think for what we paid we should have been able to stay another 3 nights.

Good location - could use some tweaks

Check in was easy. Condo is located in a great community/location. Unit is a good size and the beds were comfy. The whole thing is a bit dated, which is fine, but the light switches are confusing. The unit could also use a really good deep cleaning, surface level was fine but there appeared to be some mold in the AC vents. We did also have to purchase our own paper products (toilet paper and paper towels). This really does have the potential to be a stellar unit with a little work.

Filthy property, description misleading

The unit was filthy. There was food stuck to the kitchen cabinets, mold in the bathrooms, dirty carpets and general filth throughout. The cleaning crew had to come for a second time after we arrived and it was just a “surface” clean; still disgusting after a second “cleaning.” The “path to the beach” ends at the highway and the boardwalk across the street was torn up for repair and marked “no access/no trespassing” and not the way it was presented in the description at all.

Beach Getaway

Pros-Dog friendly condo/ community Close to beach. Nice swimming pool. Cons- Had to purchase dust cloths and clean ceiling fans. They had at least six months of dust on them. No smart tv, only had a few cable channels. Pull out couch mattress was ultra thin.
