Memorable trip at a memorable place!

My family and I loved this condo. We were impressed with the quality and style of decor. We felt at home in this environment. Mattresses were very comfortable. We all had restful sleep. I have recommended this condo to friends for their family vacation. The only disappointment was not having screens for the doorwalls. We never use air when we have a nice breeze. I missed that option.

Beautiful Condo and Location!

The condo was big, clean, in a beautiful and quiet location and was all around comfortable. The evening sunset views were breathtaking, and the deck/patio is huge with plenty of seating for our group of 7 adults. The beds were great in all of the bedrooms with lots of extra pillows and extra beddings. The closet in the main bedroom was AMAZING as was the shower. The counter height in the main bedroom was very tall and I struggled to use the sink comfortably (for reference I'm 5'3"); not a problem just thought it might be helpful for future guests who are also vertically challenged. Bathrooms were clean and there was plenty of towels in each! The kitchen was well equipped and even had crock-pots which was great. There was only 1 hand towel and 1 small dish towel though so we had to to use bathroom towels in the kitchen but it worked out ok. A sponge or something to wash dishes would have been great! Also there were no potholders, and only 1 spatula/flipper that was a big metal one for a grill - not the end of the world and we made it work but it would have been nice to have to use in the kitchen. Parking was easy, elevators were speedy fast, the pool was fantastic and the walkway to the beach was clean and short. Having 4 beach chairs included in the rental was awesome and so appreciated. We had brought some games from home but it was fun to find some already there so we had a nice variety! Overall fantastic trip and we would definitely consider this unit again!

Piece of paradise

My family and I were beyond impressed by this unit. It is spacious, decorated very nicely, and was in a perfect spot for a view of the sunset. I like to cook when I go to the beach and was so happy to see that there were lots of pots, pans, utensils, cups and plates. The laundry room was another great feature and very much appreciated. The unit is also conveniently located right in front of the elevator, and we never heard any noise which was a relief. The other guests were very respectful as well. The property is family friendly but also good for the older crowd as well. We love to go to Saint Andrews State Park, which I encourage you to visit, you can even rent a pontoon boat. The unit comes with four chairs with umbrellas, so if you don’t feel like leaving you have everything you need right outside the door. I enjoyed the fact that the property is in a quieter part of Panama City Beach. You still have plenty of options in regards to food and fun though. I have to give major props to the people at Real Joy Vacations…..Especially Lisa. We live about 4 1/2 hours away and as soon as we got home we realized my husband left his shirts in the closet. We called Real Joy and Hidden Dunes and everyone promptly assisted us and located the shirts. They were kind enough to partner with UPS and ensure our items are returned to us. Before we even left we were thinking of when we want to come back to the specific unit. I’ve been coming to Panama City Beach for decades and this was probably my best trip.

My first Vrbo vacation.

Our overall experience was good. The condo was lovely. The check-in process went very smooth. Our microwave went out a few days after we arrived. We spent the rest of our visit without one. That was awful. We had a lot of microwavable stuff. Some we could put in the oven, a lot we couldn't. I realize these things happen. But, it was very inconvenient. Maintenance came and said it probably needed a new microwave. We had a lovely time and enjoyed the beautiful condo.

Wonderful experience!

Excellent accommodations. Condo was perfect with many extras. Thoroughly enjoyed having the 4 beach chairs every day included. Balcony was especially big with many chairs. Condo looked just as pictured. We’ve always stayed near Pier Park with horrendous traffic. Hidden Dunes area was much much better. Management was especially friendly. Condo had everything we needed for a wonderful vacation. Would love to go back.

Enjoy the Beach but not roaches!

Once we settle down, the roaches settled in. We enjoyed the ocean view and space from the condo. Unfortunately, we were constantly stressed by the presence of roaches. During and after trip, we tried to contact the management. But there was no satisfactory response. If you see roaches and hair in the towels, please be sure to take pictures as evidence to show the management.
