The unit is a private two-bedroom that has been completely remodeled. Has its own private entrance. Everything is new and up-to-date. It is on the second floor and very comfortable. Air conditioning. It has a furnished kitchen and a desk for office work. It is non-smoking but has an outside covered patio area that is very comfortable for outdoor smoking.
Very safe quiet neighborhood with a park two blocks away. 10 minutes to the football and baseball stadiums. And for the concert goers to red rocks, 15 minutes.
** No smoking inside and no pets.

Was the perfect suburban property for the 3 nights we stayed for concerts at Red Rocks and Fiddlers Green. Area was close to everything and the airport. Close ride to both Red Rocks and Boulder Great host, everything worked out fine!

This is a great place to stay if you have a car and you want it as a site for exploring Colorado. It's clean, tidy, and the owner is super responsive. There is an adorable and hip little neighborhood about half a mile away with shops and great restaurants.
