My mom and I traveled to Colorado for a Concert at Red Rocks! This house was perfect for our stay! Centrally located we also were equal distance from the Rocky Mountain National Park and Garden of the Gods while close enough to restaurants and stores. The house was clean, welcoming and had everything we needed for a great trip!

The location, host communication, and overall accommodations were great. Outside property, front and back, do not look like the pictures. The property was well-stocked!

Thank you so much for staying, I am so glad that you enjoyed your trip. Due to the wind, the plastic furniture and stringy lights did get destroyed. We then put wicker furniture out, which the squirrels destroyed. So we have metal furniture in the back, and although not as cute, at least not falling apart! I will update those pics. I am a little confused by the front, though. Besides a different season and our area being hit by a drought, nothing has changed in appearance. Hope to host you again some day.

Location great and very clean

We visited for my daughter’s softball travel team. House very clean and great location. Neighborhood quiet and well kept. Owner very responsive.

Great host, great location, great property

Property worked well for us -- had everything we needed, location was great (near my son, but also near lots of restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, etc.). Host communication was great -- made sure everything was fine at each stage of the process. Highly recommend.
