Location was easy to access, close to grocery store, restaurants, bars. Easy to get to downtown Denver or other neighborhoods. Quiet area. Cute house. Very comfortable and welcoming.

Home was perfect for us for a 9 night stay once we found the toaster oven/air fryer combo to be able to toast and reheat food. Loved the location, all of the plants and the vibe of the home. Was perfect for 2 of us who work remotely and were also taking some vacation time to explore the Highland/Sunnyside/Berkley areas of Denver. There is even a super amazing yoga studio a block away that was a lovely surprise. We were there during a total heat wave so the AC in the back bedroom was much needed throughout our stay. Jason was very responsive when we messaged him about any issues or questions we had. Only suggestion would be black out shades or curtains for the bedrooms. Other than that we more than enjoyed the home and our stay there and would stay again or recommended it to others!!

The house was very welcoming and homely not just a stock type of house rental. I loved all the plants. Very clean had many things to accommodate your stay. Very convenient location to Downtown Denver, close to shops and places to eat, very quite as well considering where it is at. I felt very safe and comfortable. The host was very well at communication and let us check in an hour early. It was also awsome we could have our dog with us as well. The only thing I could say about a negative ( which was not a negative for us but may be for someone else ) is he does live in the home so personal stuff is there. The upkeep of the front yard and parking spot could have been better maintained had alot of weeds, which again doesn't bother me but may bother someone else but we all get busy in life and it's understandable. Thank you for letting us stay and I would stay again if I returned for another visit.

House was good, the location was good, we enjoyed our stay. Would have been better if we had somewhere to hang our clothes and put our luggage (one closet was full of host's clothes, the other was locked). Kitchen was good, great fridge and stove and oven, but a microwave and toaster would have been nice.

Owner, Jason, was so easy to work with. He responded quickly to any questions I had and we could tell that he truly takes pride in his Sunny Bungalow that my sister and I stayed in for 6 nights. We especially liked the private back yard patio for our morning coffees and evening nightcaps. The house was nice and clean and we felt very safe in this neighborhood. We appreciated the fact that this was a stand-alone house with a parking spot for our rental car. We very much enjoyed our stay and adventures in the Denver and surrounding areas!
