Charming 4-Bedroom, 2-Bath Beach Cottage – Just Blocks from the Beach and Downtown Rehoboth!
Our family’s beloved beach cottage has been passed down through three generations, and we're excited to share it with you. Located just two blocks from the beach, Funland, and Rehoboth Avenue, it’s the perfect spot for your getaway.
The house is situated at the corner of Bayard Ave and Munson, only a 7-10 minute walk to the sand and surf and a 5-minute stroll to the shops, restaurants, and activities along Rehoboth Avenue.
Home Features:
Bedrooms: 4 cozy, comfortable bedrooms – 2 kings on the second floor, 1 queen, and 2 twins on the first floor. All beds are made up for your arrival with fresh linens and towels provided.
Living Room: Relax with the family while watching your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV. Every bedroom also has its own TV.
Sun Porch: Perfect place to unwind, people watch or enjoy a book
High-Speed Internet: Stay connected and stream your favorite content with high-speed wireless internet throughout the home.
Kitchen: Recently renovated, the full kitchen features new stainless steel appliances and is perfect for preparing meals if you prefer to dine in.

This cottage is as charming as can be and perfect for a group. It's so nice to be able to walk to a plethora of restaurants and boutiques as well as Silver Lake and the beach and boardwalk. I parked my car and didn't use it again until I was leaving.

Comfortable and great location

This was our second stay and the home was again very clean, comfortable and well cared for. Everything we needed. Great location. We enjoy the home as much as we enjoy the beach and boardwalk.

Our host was excellent! We locked ourselves out and got immediate response and help! The house was perfect! So warm and comfortable with 5 women. And wow, the beds were awesome! Perfect family get away! If I could rate it higher I would!!One more thought, the location itself was ideal. Close to everything yet a quiet, safe neighborhood. Would recommend this home to anyone!

When spending 1000/night and a 350 cleaning fee, we have a certain expectation that may be too high for a 4 BR 2 BA cottage at RB that is at Bayard (so relatively close to the beach). We have been coming for many years and have stayed at at least 10 different VRBO and other rental houses and condos in addition to RB hotels, so we have a decent sense of value and how prices have climbed in recent years. This home has some really nice and charming qualities and the location is good: linens provided, space to park at least one car offstreet and 2 included weekly passes, solid kitchen and appliances, W/D are small but newer, porch, etc. But the negatives really stood out to us: the TVs either didn't work in one case (owner immediately replaced it the next morning) or the remotes were confusing and mismatched to different rooms (we are pretty tech savvy so this isn't a common experience and should have come with a basic 'flow' for how to combine two remotes as needed for some of the TVs). There is no central A/C and the window units kept up just ok in weather that was not very hot while we were there but more importantly there is a constant noise that has to be contended with that is unfortunate (the house seems to have a central AC compressor so we were unclear why this wasn't functioning or adequate). The house was not cleaned properly in some places (small bit of dog poop on a bedspread, fridge not adequately cleaned, carpet in living room stained from pets and didn't seem c

We absolutely enjoyed this property at 301 Bayard in Rehobeth beach. The decor was right up our alley, we are four older ladies, and everything was so comfortable.

Christy's beach house was wonderful! It was clean, comfortable, and in a great location! The kitchen facilities had EVERYTHING we needed!! Check-in was a breeze since the door lock was a code. She was very responsive to all our questions. We were 6 adults and 2 children - perfect for this house! We will be back next year!

Great week at the beach!

This was our second year staying at this property. It really is a charming cottage. Location is great, close to beach and restaurants. Christina, property manager, is super responsive and helpful. We highly recommend this property.

A perfect RB getaway

It was a perfect little early Spring getaway at this wonderful cottage only a few blocks from the boardwalk/beach! It was clean, bright, comfortable, and we loved sitting in the sunroom drinking coffee. It was such a peaceful stay and the cottage definitely has good energy! The owners were incredibly responsive, friendly, kind, and respectful. We will definitely be back!
