The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals and includes an oven, microwave, coffee maker, American fridge/freezer and dishwasher. You can also use the barbecue. The spacious dining room can accommodate up to 8 guests. A flat-screen TV and reversible air conditioning are available. This villa in a very residential area also has 3 beautiful air-conditioned rooms (with double bed 160cm) and a cabin with 2 bunk beds (not air-conditioned), the upper bed being not suitable for children under 6 years (Article 6 of Decree No. 95-949 of 25 August 1995). It has many storage spaces. There is a bathroom on the ground floor and a bathroom upstairs. Separate toilets are present on both levels. You will of course enjoy the beautiful garden, its swimming pool with its private terrace which is equipped with a garden furniture.Wash Linen is available in the house. Pets are not allowed in this house.
