This apartment is made up of one bedroom with a 160X200 double bed (Queen Size). It is perfect for two people.

It is located between the Louvre-Rivoli and Les Halles metro stations, in the heart of Paris, a 4-minute walk from the Louvre Museum, a 13-minute walk from the Center Georges Pompidou (Le Marais), and a 20-minute walk from the Louvre Museum. walk from the Avenue des Champs-Élysées.

Its location is ideal for visiting the city in complete freedom.

The 1st arrondissement of Paris is one of the most central districts in the historic heart of Paris. It notably includes one of the oldest districts of the city, the Halles district, which dates from the very beginning of the Middle Ages.

The 1st arrondissement is bordered to the south by the 7th arrondissement and 6th arrondissement, to the west by the 8th arrondissement, to the north by the 2nd arrondissement and to the east by the 3rd arrondissement and 4th arrondissement.

Perfect location

My wife and I truly enjoyed our stay at Fabrice’s apartment. There was plenty of space for us and the neighborhood was friendly and quiet. Very close to a metro station, cafes, Notre Dame and the river. The 5 flights of stairs were a bit of a challenge though.

Awesome location and great unit above it all!

A few flights up the stairs, a great apartment in the center of Paris. Everything was well stocked and we appreciate how quiet it was.

Fab location

The flat was well appointed to eat in and fantastically situated to eat out and walk the city. True to the listing, it is a ~5 story walkup. We enjoyed it as that added to the Parisian charm. Loved it all, the real beams, exposed stone wall, windows, and decor. Fabrice was super as well. Would stay again if available the next time we are in Paris. DBC & SAS

Fabulous location for anything you need.

The team made it easy to communicate and find this property which is situated in primo location to walk to for most of the big attractions, lots of restaurants and cafes and boulangeries to walk to and or and subway stations super close to get anywhere you need. Be ready for 92 steps up to the breezy and comfortable apartment. Sadly be ready for Parisian plumbing too. Drains continued to smell like sewer the whole time we were there so keep the toilet door closed! Also NONE of the pans provided will activate the induction stove top. Non stick aluminum do NOT work on induction magnet system. So if you really want to cook be ready to use the oven or microwave. We loved staying here despite the negatives. Would recommend a better perfume stink to cover up for that toilet. 300 year old drains can’t be easy to deal with.
