This established, well-built home will be perfect for your 2024 rental if you are looking for space and all the conveniences of the location with a HUGE pool heated to 82. Lovely back deck overlooking a sparkling pool. The home has 5,274 square feet. The King master is on the first level, and the other bedrooms are upstairs. Great location. Beautiful home

Spent a week here this summer with friends and family and had a a great time. Kitchen is well stocked and owners were great to deal with. Close to the bike trail which provide easy access to the beach and downtown Edgartown.

My family had a wonderful time at this house. Great location, close to Edgartown and not far from the beach. The house itself is well laid out for a larger group, including a large pool with a fantastic floaty, ping pong table and other entertainment options. Sarah was very responsive and very helpful. I highly recommend staying here!

Great house in an AMAZING Location

This house was perfect for my young family of 6. We were also able to host a few other family members as well! The pool is enormous and my kids loved it! The house is definitely a little outdated but the furniture was all brand new and very comfortable. I believe the owners are updating the house for next year. It’s a fully equipped house with everything you need. Can’t beat the location (bike to edgartown and the beach!). Very quiet and private street was a plus! The owners were VERY attentive and helped answer all of our questions too. Hope to return in the future!
