Beautifully updated, ground floor 1-bedroom condo located in desirable Palm Springs Villas, directly down the hill from the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway and minutes from hip downtown Palm Springs.

This great 1-bedroom home offers many upgrades including newer stainless steel kitchen appliances, quartz counters, laminate flooring and lovely remodeled bathroom with roomy bathtub and shower. The kitchen has a stainless steel refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and built-in microwave. Dining area has a wood table and modern chairs with seating for four. There’s a Queen bed in the bedroom and a very comfortable full-size sofa bed in the living room. Large flat-screen cable TV in the living room and TV with Roku in the bedroom. Modern art including some pieces hand-painted by the owner. This fab home has everything you will need for your peaceful retreat. Just bring your toothbrush!

Relax on your covered patio with a cocktail and enjoy the spacious greenbelt just outside your door.

There are multiple pools with gorgeous mountain views, spas, and tennis courts. Plenty of covered parking close by and the community laundry facilities are within steps of your front door.

Was a bit disappointed.

The inside of this location is very cute and was what we needed. However, the grounds where this was left a bit to be desired. The landscaping was all torn up and dirt everywhere and you must walk through the dirt to get to the door to the property. There was garbage all over in the carport. This is a walkable distance to downtown Palm Springs, but the walk was very uncomfortable being two ladies alone. There were many homeless and questionable individuals on the walk. This is not related to the location necessarily, but the location of the apartment is not desirable. Like I said, the inside was very nice and communication with owners and greeter SUPER easy. There is a patio, but undesirable to sit there....

Beautiful mountain view in older neighborhood. Property could use more maintenance of grounds and pool areas. Grounds in front of condo building is a crossroads for the homeless in the area as well as folks heading to and from the bus stop. Condo was relatively clean although floors were not. Overall would rate it two stars.

Small Unit With No Pizzazz

This unit was a major disappoint. It’s priced much to high. The listing, IMO, was misleading. It’s in the Racket Club neighborhood, but not in the Racket Club. The pool picture misrepresents the view from the unit. Noisy upstairs neighbors. The bedding was terrible. The management did get us sheets that actually fit the bed but they were awful to sleep on. The unit was rather depressing to stay in. It was not very clean. Kitchen was equipped ok. Bath was small but adequate. I can not recommend this property.
