L'Annexe - Studio 2/4 pers - Private pool

In the heart of Sables d'Olonne, 1.2km from the Grande Plage (15 minutes on foot) and close to the Arago market.

This newly renovated studio is very pleasant, bright and well-equipped.

A private heated swimming pool is available from 15 May to 15 September, without overlooking neighbours and in a very quiet area (not heated from 20 April to 15 October).



Ideal studio for 2 people (possibility of being 4 maximum - 2 adults 2 children)

You will have a 140 sofa bed in the living room and a mezzanine with a 140 bed (only intended for children, access is not suitable for adults due to the ceiling height)



Bed linen is provided (bath mat and tea towels also), towels are not included but can be rented from the concierge if needed.



Bathroom with shower and toilet.

Kitchen perfectly equipped and functional with refrigerator, small freezer, Senseo and plunger coffee maker, kettle, microwave oven, induction hobs, toaster.

Television and wifi

Garden furniture, sun loungers, outdoor table and chairs, parasol, charcoal barbecue

Private parking

Animals are accepted except cats (allergy problem)
