Contemporary Beach Cottage - Walk to Bay, Minutes from Ocean

This contemporary cottage is located just steps from the Peconic Bay, and minutes from beautiful Ponquogue Ocean Beach on the Atlantic. BRAND NEW AC and wireless internet available. Filling out your stay is a full kitchen and recently redone outdoor space with a firepit, dining area, and ample seating. Kayaks, beach toys, and beach chairs are also provided. Additionally, there is a private outdoor shower available to complement the full indoor bath. We are not currently stocking pantry items such as salt, pepper, and condiments however the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook and enjoy your own meals. No Pets. Please limit cars to two per reservation unless otherwise specified.

This cottage is the third of three on the property, if you don't see your dates available, feel free to look at our other cottage.

They stay was great. The house was exactly as described. The location to the bay and surrounding attractions was perfect. The home is a little small but perfect for 4 people. Connor (owner) was very responsive and the check in was smooth!

Fabulous cottage minutes from the beach. Unit is super clean, equipped with all necessities. Owner is accessible and helpful. Great spot. Great location. We would stay here again.

Excellent Experience

We all loved this cottage so much. We had perfect weather which allowed us to eat almost every meal outside on the deck and then took a walk down to the beach. I mean, come on. Eating gorgeous food in a peaceful and beautiful place was a big hit for us. We walked down to the beach as often as we could because its so close and so nice. We drove to the ocean and had a great day there too. The cottage was so cute, clean, and smelled good. The outdoor shower was a big hit. And it has hot water!!! You must stay here. It was fantastic. Thank you to the owners. Great job.

Quaint family get away

Laid back family get away. Simple, easy living. No clothes washer or dryer so be prepared. Tiny cottage, but quaint and has everything you need for family bonding. Connor is very easy to deal with.

Great stay at this cute cottage by the bay! We had a great time and it was perfect for our party of 4. Kitchen had everything you'd need and living space was great and comfortable. Just a few steps from the beautiful bay. Will be back!

We had a fantastic time at our cottage in Hampton Bays. It is about one minute walk to the beach, you can see the water from the cottage, huge beautiful deck with large table and ample seating, outdoor shower with hot water, Full bathroom inside, cottage is immaculate, plenty of space to sit around, have meals together, watch movies, everything we needed for meals in the kitchen, linens, towels, beach, towels, umbrellas and beach chairs, you name it. Great welcome from the host. Easy access and check out. I have already recommended this property to friends and would definitely be happy to return.

Cozy Cottage

The cottage is well appointed, clean and just right for a family of 5. The outside shower was a plus. Water pressure was good. Location is close to the beach, restaurants and attractions. We enjoyed our stay and will go back .
