This home is beautifully decorated and located right on the Rio Grande River, with over 3,000-square-feet of living space to spread out in, making this home perfect for your next vacation with family and friends! It is located in a quiet neighborhood, less than 20 miles from Wolf Creek Ski Area. Sit on the back deck and enjoy the sounds of the River wash by. Inside, you'll find an all-wood interior dressed in ski décor, comfortable furniture, a wood-burning stove, and high, vaulted ceilings. There are two main living areas, so the adults can enjoy a quiet evening while the kids are living it up in the game/recreation room. You'll have two kitchens, four bedrooms, and two lofts, an ideal space for a family get-together. The first bedroom has a king-size bed, queen beds in the second bedroom, a queen in the third, a twin in the first loft, and two queens in the second loft.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Security camera details: There is a door bell camera at the front door.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

This is a great place for families and friends to come together. The kitchen had plenty of cookware, dishes, and pans to use. It’s a short drive to Wolf Creek Ski Lodge. Perfect home away from home.

Family friendly

The house was perfect for my family vacation. We had 4 adults and 5 boys ages 9-18. The layout was perfect for the boys to have their own area to hang out. The location was ideal for our activities. My favorite part was the back deck right up against the river. I enjoyed my morning coffee watching/listening to the water. Made friends with the chipmunk hanging out in the trees above the deck. Would definitely recommend to my friends. It says sleeps 12, but could comfortably sleep 14. Thanks for taking care of any questions we had during our stay.

Great location.

Highly recommend staying here. House was well furnished and clean. Sleeps a lot of people. We were there on a side by side riding vacation, there was plenty of room in the driveway for our trailers. Was able to ride directly from the house.

Spacious

The home was so well appointed for different age groups, and so perfect right on the river, which you could hear from two of the bedrooms. Back deck furniture and kitchen pots and pans need updating, but everything else was ideal.

Relaxing house on the river with lots of rooms to separate. Everyone could watch their on TV, use their bathroom and with 2 Kitchens cook what you want when you want and clean your dishes. Balcony was always available with running river and squirl visitor.

Our family of 9 really enjoyed our stay at Hidden Springs. Plenty of room to spread out but also very cozy. The only issue we had was there isn’t a light directly over the kitchen stove, making it very dark when cooking. I didn’t call maintenance about this, so don’t know if it can be fixed or not. The ping pong table was a great feature. We were satisfied with the home and are considering staying again.

Quick wolf creek ski vacay

Property is conveniently located on the wolf creek side of Southfork. Check in/out was easy. Great set up for adult couples with kids for beds/space. Fans and smart TVs in all bedrooms. Kids enjoyed game room area and having their own TV in second living area. Property is older as far as finishes/interior but very well kept and clean. Kitchen stocked well. All beds were great except the twin mattresses in the loft area, those are rock hard, and loft area needs a new staircase access, as the current one is old and weak looking. We will definitely stay again when we return to ski in Wolf Creek!

Awesome location but……

The location was great! The house is in a state of disrepair that leaves a lot to be desired. It gave you the distinct feeling that this house was only to make the owners the maximum amount of revenue. Now if upkeep had been proper I would not complain about this!

Incredible mountain group getaway

The pictures of this home are beautiful and do not disappoint! When we drove through the neighborhood to the house, we immediately loved it and felt safe. The home itself is perfect for large groups! It is decorated beautifully... just like a mountain/river home should be! Between the two living areas and spacious dining room we had plenty of room to hang out and play games together, and even space left over for those who just wanted to chill out after a day of skiing. The deck was covered in snow so we didn't venture out to spend time on it or the river but would LOVE to go back in the spring or summer for a second stay. Diane was a very attentive host who was there with information and help when we needed her. All the beds were warm and comfortable. Kitchen was stocked with all the essential tools for cooking. Water pressure was very good in the showers. We cooked at the house a couple of nights . The grocery in town had everything we needed. and we ate out a few nights, too. Great restaurants in town, Although the decor was beautiful, the house was homey so I didn't feel like I had to watch my 5 grandkids from breaking something. (too much) :) Location to Wolf Creek was great! It took us about 30 minutes to get there the first morning because a fresh snow (blizzard) occurred the day before we got there. The next 3 days it only took 20 minutes and its a gorgeous drive! We felt like the rental fee was a bargain for the square footage of the house and all it's amenities. And then it was time to go... easy! Just put the dirty towels in the bathtubs, turn the heat down a little, and take the trash out! Our family enjoyed our stay at this house so much! It was the perfect vacation spot for us and we will definitely return!

Great way to enjoy Wolf Creek skiing

The house was very amenable to our needs. Plenty of space, everything worked well, and it was fun to gave a ping pong table on site! For a house that sleeps 12, I’d expect more than two people to shower before hot water runs out, though. The location served our ski needs well, and Ramon’s was a good, convenient dining option. We would certainly consider this property for future trips to Wolf Creek for skiing.
