Ground Floor location is great for kids and Grandparents! Direct access to pool and adjacent green space. Tremendous view of the Gulf with convenient beach access.

The Enclave is a smaller complex and the beach does not become over-crowded. It has the privacy of the beach, but it is very close to many restaurants and family attractions. Directly across the street from Grocery stores and restaurants. Two parking passes available but one vehicle encouraged.

Condo

The parking lot is way to small. The condo was not very clean. Half the stove burners don’t work and one outlet in the living room is taped up. The beds were super uncomfortable!! Worst we have ever slept in. There was sand in the sheets and sand on the bathroom floor in the master. One toliet wasn’t even clean. I don’t think the housekeeper did much! Won’t be going back.

Great Stay at Enclave

Highly recommend this property for your visit to Orange Beach. Accommodated a group of 9 very well. Location is perfect and enjoyed all of the property’s amenities. Will be back!

Great Condo

Our family really enjoyed our stay. The location was great and very convenient. Also being on the ground floor made it great for our young children. The floors were real sandy when we got there and there was an issue with the refrigerator but other than that it was great! Would definitely recommend!

Wonderful family Spring Break!

The condo was decorated beautifully and even more spacious than we expected. The location was perfect for our multi-aged crew...ages 4 to 50 years old! Accessibility to the grocery stores and restaurants was wonderful , too. The property manager was warm and quick to respond via text and phone. We look forward to staying again!

Loved it!!

My whole family stayed in the condo. We all loved the condo and had plenty of room! We were on the first floor and our patio door opened up to the pool. Very convenient for us with a 1 year old, a 6 year old, and an 8 year old. There was a fence separating us from pool so it was very safe! Not far to walk to the beach either! Will definitely try to stay here again!

Spring break family getaway

This rental was beautifully decorated and clean. Perfectly located in Orange Beach. The ground floor had super easy access to the pool and beach. Conveniently located with grocery stores directly across the street. My sister and I, along with our teenage children enjoyed a week away from Iowa winter for our Spring Break! Lisa was very pleasant and always responded quickly to all my questions. We look forward to our next visit! Thank you Lisa!!!

Tons of space

Upon arrival we had a couple issues, owner was quick to respond. The condo was amazing. The rooms were spacious. The first floor was super convenient. We have 3 kids. So being able to access the condo without having to load everything and everyone up was nice. Was convenient to restaurants and grocery. We went during off season, so we did not have an issue with parking. Hope to stay again in the future.

Property very nice and was located in a convenient location but the cleanliness was below par mold in showers and around ac vent. Stains on sheets and pillowcases. Back doors were extremely hard to open and close

Amazing Unit!!

This was our 6th or 7th trip to OBA and by far the best unit we've stayed in. Unit clean and spacious. The bathrooms, including the master which has a dual sink vanity and deep jacuzzi tub, are amazing. Kitchen is fully stocked with cookware and utensils. (***Coffee maker is ground and filter style***). On our trip were us and our 3 children along with their friends all ages 19-25. Pool was nice and beach access just steps away. Many grocery and souvenir shopping locations along with multiple breakfast, lunch, dinner and dessert options all within walking distance (longest walk was maybe 5-6 minutes) We enjoyed Rotollos pizza as well as the food and margaritas at the Cactus Cantina (both across street). We also made multiple trips to Del's Ice Cream across street as well. Lisa (owner) was available and responded quickly to questions we had.

Our stay was NOT what we expected it to be. We were 5 adults & 3 kids (all under age of 5). The floors, living room, kitchen & balcony were FILTHY!! Trash still in trash cans in bathrooms. I did contact the owner the day we arrived & she offered for the cleaning crew to come in the next day to clean. However, I told her no b/c we were uncomfortable w/ random ppl cleaning our room while our personal items were all out. ALL TV’s were impossible to operate. 5 adults there and we were all trying to get them to work properly! I txted the owner about the TV’s & I got no response!! The pool is great for little ones. Pool furniture seemed new and nice. However, we would have liked a little more shade for the baby. They had 2 umbrellas to use but they were only for the tall tables….not really convenient. The gate to the pool off of the balcony does not unlock till 4:00pm so that’s pretty inconvenient. We ate out a lot because the pots & pans provided were disgusting. If we were to cook, we had said we were going to have to buy a pot/pan. The storage room off of the kitchen was a WRECK! Cleaning crew should have at least emptied the full vacuum cleaner & rolled up the plug. Looks like someone just threw a bunch of crap in there. I’m not one to leave a review but I was completely thrown off by this condo!! We will NOT be staying at this condo again!!

Condo was nice for the most part

The condo was mostly nice. It does have lots of room. It's located on a very busy 4 lane street that you have to wait at the stop light to cross over to where the shops and eating places are located. The traffic drives quite fast on these streets. When we first arrived I had called and left a voicemail with the owner because we couldn't find anyone to get the parking pass from. The owner did not return our call. The person to get the parking pass from did not show up till close to 5:00pm....said he had car trouble. Then when we went into the condo the cleaning people were still finishing up cleaning. so some of the towels were still damp that were folded in the closet. Not all our family end up getting to come stay in the condo which is probably a good thing. Our grandson is 2 years old and he would probably would have gotten hurt from the 6 inch white colored metal plate that sticks up across the double door going to the patio. (I as Assuming its to keep water from coming into the condo during heavy storms) but It really should have a color strip on it or something. He probably would have tripped over the plate. After we got tired of tripping and stubbing our toes on the plate we bought a swim noodle and cut it down the side to put on the plate so we would be reminded to raise our feet up high when entering and exiting the door. The first night we noticed the microwave door was broke and wouldn't stay shut. I sent a message to the owner regarding it to make sure she didn't think we broke it. She did respond this time and said she would have someone come look at it. If they did come look at it, they didn't do anything because it was still broke when we left 6 days later. Usually when we stay at VRBO especially on the beach there are some beach towels, a small cooler and maybe a couple of beach chairs to use. Again when I sent a message asking about these items I didn't get a response. So we bought these items and took them with us since we had driven. We had fun on the beach but since there aren't hardly any sidewalks and the fast traffic out front I probably wouldn't suggest it for families with little ones that you would be using strollers and it was disappointing to not get responses back from the owner with the questions I had.
