Spring Break

We had a wonderful stay at the Oasis over Spring Break. The unit was beautiful, and the building was clean. It was nice to have the garage parking on the same level as the condo. The location is good, with lots of restaurant options and things to do.

Beautiful Condo!

This space was just as listed and even more beautiful. The deck furniture is fantastic, and the bedrooms and bathrooms are wonderful. We enjoyed the entire Oasis property and have already rebooked for next year. This condo does not disappoint.

Loved it!

The only thing that could have been better was the weather! Below 32 degrees! Spent more time inside than we typically do when visiting since it was so cold. We really enjoyed this beautiful space. Highly recommend.

Just what we needed

The property was just as pictured, beautiful. The beds were comfortable and the couch on the balcony was a great place to look out over the Gulf and listen to the surf. The building is in a great location and being able to park on the same floor as the unit is very conveniently. I also recommend the Alabama Getaways team for great service and communication.

Election avoidance

My family and I decided the best place to be on Nov 5th was the beach. This condo did not disappoint. It was clean, light, and airy. Loved that they had a separate ice maker because we go through a lot of ice. The balcony had a table for our meals and a couch to lounge on at night. If I had to say 1 thing to change I would suggest new pans for the kitchen ( not a deal breaker). We will definitely stay here again. Definitely hated to leave. This is our 3rd condo in Orange Beach. This one was definitely the nicest.

Long weekend getaway

Very nice place. Had a little hiccup in the beginning because we never received an email/text on the first day with codes to get into the unit, but that was rectified quickly. Biggest negative was lack of cell service inside the property. Had to go outside to make/receive calls using cell service. Internet service was good though. Would definitely stay there again. Thank you for a great beach weekend!

Oasis verynice

Plenty to do, very large condo. Got to toast the bar grand opening! Easy to get around. Fantastic elevators. 6 of them, very fast, programmed very well. Lay river and slide were good. Will be back.

Hot water

Very disappointed in losing hot water 3 times and the last time was our last night when everyone needed to shower. Thermostat should have been replaced instead of fixed. Disappointed that we had to fix the problem ourselves because it was past hours. Phone numbers about 24 hour texting in the binder was false. We didn’t get help until we call the emergency number.

Beautiful slow paced stay

Perfect for a family getaway. We went early march and it was a touch cool. Beach was beautiful and the condo nice and quiet.

Wi-Fi and cell service were frustrating

The unit was very nice. The Wi-Fi did not work like represented. It was an unsecured connection the entire time so no password was needed even though we were provided a password. Also, we were unable to use our cell phones in the unit. In order to send/receive texts or phone calls we had to go outside the unit to the elevator area or even the parking garage. This and the Wi-Fi were frustrating. We were notified prior to arrival that the ice machine under the counter was not working. We were unable to get the hair dryer in the master bedroom to work (glad we brought our own).

Great place

The condo was great! The communication with the rental agency was top notch and the easiest we have ever done! They were so responsive to any question and check in/out was a breeze.

Best Getaway

This property was amazing and the team was awesome. I have booked several places before but never had a team to check on you the way you do. I will be returning in the future. I did have an issue with the washer machine. It is old and a new one needs to be installed.

Orange Beach

The property was as advertised, clean, spacious and plenty of amenities. Could use some new living room furniture and TV. We loved the patio and furnishings. We did have to purchase TP, kleenex, dishwasher soap and laundry detergent, but that was in the condo info. The weather didn't cooperate, so we spent alot of time indoors; the pools could have been a bit warmer. Great location. beautiful beach area.
