Recently renovated kitchen with granite counter tops, new microwave convection oven, two burner glass cooktop, backsplash and new refrigerator with pantry! Walk to Anakeesta, The Convention Center, The SKYBRIDGE, BLAKE SHELTON'S OLE RED, JASON ALDEANS, The Ripley's Aquarium, Ole' SMOKY MOONSHINE and many more attractions! Live music at many of these venues nightly! You can even see the space needle in the winter from your bedroom! 1 SPACIOUS BEDROOM plus pull out sofa in the living room comfortably accommodates 4 guests. Wifi Internet, Cable TV, Rolltop Desk work area for those who may need to do a little bit of work between attractions! Theres also room in the master bedroom for a pack and play baby bed for those traveling with little ones! Condo was in a perfect location to walk to town to local restaurants, shops, or to free trolley stops to get you to other "points of interest" further away. It was also very clean, and comfortable and set up with everything you need to cook if so desired. Would definitely stay there again if we get the chance to travel to Gatlinburg again.

This was such a nice place to stay. Perfectly sized for the 2 of us. More space than a hotel room with the ability to cook. Wish it had been cold enough to use the fireplace! Close to town with a trolley stop at bottom of the road. Will hopefully stay here again.

This little cozy suite was perfect for a quick weekend trip for 4. Host was kind and easy to work with at both check in and check out. Kitchen had all of the essentials. The area was quiet but with easy walking access to downtown Gatlinburg.

We stayed two nights to do some hiking in the smokies. The Holly Bear Condo was only 20 minutes, which was great. It was so cute, clean and comfortable. Clayton was very responsive and even told us we could call him at anytime if we had issues. We loved everything about it and would definitely stay here again.

We have owned this unit at Laurel Inn Condos for many years and is a favorite destination for not only vacationers but our own family. This unit is on the main floor from parking lot and so there are no stairs coming in from parking lot and no elevator wait time. Recently renovated with all new Kitchen, clooring, refrigerator and upgraded fusnishings you will relax here. The view is also amazing in any season but in fall and winter you can see the space needle from here on NEW YEARS EVE! Views the pool of the complex next door and you may see an occasional family of bears making their way between the buildings !

This unit is very cozy, just right for a couple or with kids. Sleeps 4. Beautifully decorated, recently updated kitchen has granite counter tops, upgraded cabinetry, flat surface stovetop, dishwasher and you have everything you need for a long stay, a convection microwave, and there is a coin laundry in the basement of the building for your convenience! Free wifi and there is a rooltop desk in the event you must do some work while you are visiting. The bedroom has plenty of room for a pack and play in the event you have small children.
