Great location for exploring La Quinta & Indian Wells

Rick was extremely nice and responsive as a host, and the location provided an easy drive to La Quinta and Indian Wells. We loved the hot tub and pool.

Awesome House in the Desert!

Rick's house was perfect for a girls weekend in the desert! The pool and hot tub were amazing and the house had everything we needed. We would definitely stay again!

One of the best host, ever.

We loved this rental, every single detail you can imagine was well taken care of. The home is spotless, and is very well equipped with everything to help make your stay comfortable. The host is exceptionally responsive and available to respond to question or issues during your stay.

Palm Springs Get-A-Way

Rick, the owner was very friendly and helpful through out the process and our stay. The house was in a great location and easy to get to a lot of the areas restaurants and golf courses. The house was also very comfortable, clean and had all the amenities. We also enjoyed having friends over to bask in the heated pool/jacuzzi and just relax in the sun. We will definitely be back here again.

Such a great weekend in the desert!

If you are looking for a relaxing weekend getaway, this is the perfect place! A group of friends and I visited La Quinta for a relaxing weekend, and that’s exactly what we got. We had everything we needed. The pool, spa, BBQ, and lounge chairs made it so we never had to leave the house! There were plenty of towels, pool floats, and games which were great for entertainment. The house itself is so beautiful and spacious, and in a great location. Lots of shopping centers, grocery stores, and restaurants super close. And Rick, the home owner, was so helpful and really great to work with. Thank you for a great stay!!

Excellent place for a family vacation

This is just going to be a list of the good things, we couldn't think of anything at the property that wasn't excellent. The pool is just the right size and the kids were jumping in several times each day. There were lots of games and pool toys and the kids loved them. The layout of the house is comfortable and there are a lot of little things that just make it easy to stay there. It feels lived in as opposed to a hotel room if that makes sense. The kitchen was very nicely laid out and we cooked meals there for the family just like at home. Simply put, it was an excellent location; we enjoyed ourselves while staying there and didn't want to leave at the end of the stay!

Perfect in everyway!

The house was a perfect set up for some family time for all ages. A very nice kitchen connected to the living area - so you could be all together even when in the kitchen. It is a very quiet neighborhood - nice for taking walks. Super close to grocery stores if needed. The pool and hot tub were perfect. Recommend paying the extra during the winter to heat the pool if you have younger children. Totally worth it. Communication with the owner is top notch! Thank you for 2 days of wonderful memories.

Great Location - Great Home

We just got back from a great trip in Palm Springs/Indian Wells area. The house was wonderful and so centrally located. Literally, 15 minutes from golf, hiking, and tennis. Lots of restaurants close by. The house was perfect size for our family and had an amazing outside area with pool, spa and a shaded eating area. The owner, Rick, left us a wonderful welcome basket which we snacked on the entire week. Kitchen was very well stocked with coffee, creamers and anything you may need. A nice surprise was the lemon tree in the backyard. We used fresh lemons in our drinks all week. Would definitely recommend.

Great stay in LaQuinta

Everything is just as shown on website; the only surprises were happy ones! Owner was able to give us early entry. He had a bottle of wine and some snacks waiting for us on arrival. Pool and hot tub were clean and ready to go. Pool service came twice a week, landscaper came one day to trim some shrubs and clean up the property. Kitchen was a little dated, but it was well-stocked with everything we needed -- and more. Most of Palm Springs area developments seem to be gated communities, but this development is not gated, and we found it easier to drive in and out without a gate check all the time. And we never felt any concern for safety. This location is excellent for access to shopping, golf, and interstate. For tennis fans, the Indian Wells Tennis Garden is within walking distance. Finally, I can't say enough for communication with the owner, both before and during the stay. We had one minor plumbing issue, and he had the plumber out there to fix it the same day. He was also very accommodating on every request we had. Highly recommend Casa Milan for a stay in the Palm Springs area.

We just finished a wonderful stay at Casa Milan. Richard was a gracious host, very organized and quick to respond through the VRBO app. He made the entire experience seamless. The house was just as described/shown in the pictures, very clean, and well-stocked. We all enjoyed the pool and spa and had a very comfortable stay. Highly recommended!

Beautiful home and great location!

We had an amazing time at Casa Milan. It was the perfect stay for our race weekend at Ironman Indian Wells. Quiet and impeccably clean, with loads of nice touches such as extra sunscreen for our time outdoors. The owner was terrific with ongoing communication and suggestions for fun activities during the weekend. Looking forward to my next visit!

Relaxing time away to relax and enjoy pool/spa

House was clean, quiet, well-equipped and the pool was a great size for our family of 4 to enjoy it. We brought some pool floats and it didn't dwarf the pool to use them. Opted for the add-on extra to heat the pool and it was so worth it - we were able to use it in the morning and evening quite comfortably.

Awesome Pool

We had an amazing week! The pool and house was better than I expected. The property was super clean and comfortable. It was perfect for my husband and I and our 2 kids (5,8), they loved the pool and swam throughout the day. The furniture inside was comfortable and the patio furniture outside by the pool was perfect for laying back and watching the kids. There is also a Mountain View which was a beautiful backdrop when we watched the sunset every night. Check in was easy and the property manager replied back immediately when I had a question and I had his direct number making it very easy to communicate by text. The home is located a short drive away from Hwy 111 which has supermarkets, fast food, and a ton of restaurants. We will definitely be returning!

We've had a horrible experience with this property.

The house was not ready for rental. House was not clean. A/C was broken. Property owner was controlling pool, jacuzzi lights. Owner was controlling A/C . This was ridiculous. We did not enjoy at all. Would not recommend it at all.

Thank you for your feedback. We've spoken with the owner of this property who has asked us to share the following insight: - Mechanical breakdowns are beyond the owner's control and unforeseeable, and we apologize for the inconvenience. The AC was not working at 7 am, and it was promptly fixed by 5 pm that evening, at a cost of over $4000 to the owner. - The owner did not hesitate to do whatever it took to restore your comfort, and unfortunately, there was no way to repair the AC faster than that. - While the owner has access to the AC system for monitoring, he never controls the temperature of the home. - Similarly, the owner, understandably, has access to the pool lights system but does not monitor or control these settings. - The pool is on a schedule: 8-10 hours a day of filtering and running the waterfall, and it turns on and off automatically. - The jacuzzi is on a 45-minute timer that can be pushed as many times as the guest would like. There is no limit. - This owner has 58 other 5-star reviews on Vrbo and cares greatly about his clients' vacation experience. He always goes above and beyond to make sure every guest is happy and satisfied.
