I was disappointed in this property for the cost. The pictures looked great, upon arrival we noticed that it had been heavily rented and not maintained very well. The carpets were pretty dirty, walls scuffed up and one day we ended up having rain where we noticed it coming in the kitchen window all over the counters by the sink and then both back doors leaked during the rain. Leaving the carpet wet in the master bedroom. We reported the issue and let them know we tried to dry it up as much as possible. Then it just smelled damp and mildewy the rest of the stay. For the price we paid during the 4 night stay I would have expected more. Communication with rental company was fine. Owners need to spend a little money and clean up some of the basic aesthetics.

Absolute Gem - Great Retreat in the Sun

Our family of 5 spent 5 relaxing days here. The house is perfectly-situated close to restaurants, activities, and major roads. It is in a great and friendly walkable neighborhood.The house is stocked with everything needed for your stay. The pool and hot tub...perfect.Will definitely be heading back in the future.

Lovely home with all we needed

Loved this cozy home. Very efficient and comfy layout, and had all the supplies we needed to enjoy our 19 day stay. The Den bedroom is such a fun room for kids, my daughter loved the trundle bed layout with a view of the living room big screen TV.

Very nice home with large master bedroom and bath. Well stocked in a very nice neighborhood. Pool was dirty from extreme winds previous day and crew was out very quickly when I called. Very happy with home and service.

Great neighborhood and nice pool

We really enjoyed staying at this house. It’s a very nice size and was in a very nice neighborhood. The pool was really a joy to have as we went swimming most days. The location is central to good shopping and hiking trails as well. The property is very clean. It’s a great size house.

Warm and Cozy

Safe property in quiet residential neighborhood located near restaurants and shopping. Property management was responsive to questions. Kitchen was lacking some utensils for basic cooking and hot water was spotty throughout the house. No hot water in second bathroom, so the only usable shower was in the master bath.

Not up to snuff

The neighborhood was great quite and clean. I suggest that if you are renting a house everything should work. Not the case. While the list is long all of the stuff could be done for less than 5k. You also have some safety issues with windows not being lockable. Enjoyed my, stay just didn’t meet the expectations.

Very relaxing week

Just spent the week of Thanksgiving at this property relaxing as a family and it was perfect for our needs. The house was very clean and had everything we needed to cook multiple meals, including our Thanksgiving dishes, as well as do a ton of baking. The pool is on the smaller side, but it was nicely heated and our kids were in it every single day. Loved that they provided lots of pool towels as well as bathtowels. The neighborhood is clean and safe and a short drive to grocery stores and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

clean, comfortable and quiet

house shows a bit of wear and tear as it appears to be used as a rental quite often but the offset to that is it was set up better than any other vrbo i've used. everything was there from condiments, soaps, utensils, etc. also, was very clean and comfortable. would stay again.

The house was nice but the beds squeaked and bounced up and down when you moved in the bed.

Better bed frames are needed. Also the side gate should be a regular gate for privacy. Please remove the security camera in the backyard. The pool surface and the jacuzzi surface is rough and installing a smoother surface would be better. Grass in the backyard would be a nice feature instead of just rocks. The light in the master bathroom is out. Overall a nice place to stay.

Never wanted to leave

The house was exactly as advertised. The neighborhood is super tranquil and quiet. Although the house isn’t huge it’s well spaced out and comfortable. Stores and restaurants were a 5 minute drive. Pool is small but great for lounging. Would definitely come back for some more R&R.

Great, but a little disappointed.

The accommodations that we had for our stay in La Quinta were great, however there were a few things that were very disappointing. - First, in the 2nd bathroom, the faucet knob in the bath was not working properly, as well as the plug. We found it semi-difficult to have a bath. - Some of the tiles in the pool are falling off. - When booking on Vrbo, the description said that the pool was salt water, which clearly it is not anymore. - It would have been nice to use the hot tub, as it was one of the reasons we chose the house. The manager said the app to control the pool was broken. - Finally, many of the pictures and descriptions on Vrbo did not match what is actually in person. There was no swing, amongst other things.
