Ten minutes from Plaza las Americas Mall and Mall of San Juan. Five minutes from San Patricio Plaza, Caribbean Cinemas, Plaza Guaynabo and Costco. Close to great restaurants to eat good meat, pasta, tacos, ice cream, gelatos or taste a delicious wine. More than 4 bakeries for a good breakfast. One minute from Fine Arts. The house is 20 minutes from Fast wifi, convenient parking.

Convenient stay in Guaynabo

Used this place as our base to visit family. Easy to access and close to everything in Guaynabo. Clean but basic accommodations, washer leaked a bit and some lights and electrical outlets did not work but overall was a nice and comfortable property.

great area nice and safe,

I loved our stay, it was very home like environment, the house was so nice, they are located close to old san juan and other areas of convenient location. We would come back again. changes needed for quest tv in Spanish did not know how to change it to English. need coffee, creamer, and more amenities for quest.

The location was very close to everything in San Juan. The property manager was extremely easy to contact. I would definitely recommend!!! Caesar you were great!!!!

Reason for my review. Are a few things the place inside is exactly as portrayed i enjoyed it but first thing there is no staircase so dont bring white shoes because your walking on wet mud to get to the front door. Second the owners thought they were slick but they enter the house when you leave and dont tell you. I found a window open when we got back . Also they took the air conditioner remote thinking i wouldnt notice all these things. Everyday they were entering i saw. By the way you cant use the ac without the remote. I was smart enough to know their was a second one up the stairs. The toilet does clog constantly and also all of power outages in this house only so dont be scared. After knowing my privacy was invaded i would never stay here or recommend to anyone . You dont know what things are done with your belongings and what goes on inside when your not around. Because they wont tell you they are entering or anything . Wasnt like they cleaned the place.

Nice Owner

This is an attachment apartment that you have to walk up a step Brick pad to get to. Oh house is located only 15 minutes from the beach. Host was great I asked for suggestions on good Puerto Rican restaurants nearby and he message them to me. Host sent out Check out instructions a little late because we had already left for our plane by the time I got the instructions.

Terrible bathroom

There is no trash or mats in the bathroom. The shower floods and water goes everywhere, including kitchen. Loud noises until late at night and the walk path to the house is very muddy

When we arrived hair was in the drain, house and sheets we’re dirty and a broken shower

We were very disappointed with our stay we felt like the owners did nothing to accommodate us. The house nor sheets were cleanEd before we came. And when messaged repeatedly there was no response until the next day. Food was left in the cabinets. Hair was left in the shower with someone’s shirt over the head. And it was our first time visit time Puerto Rico. We never received a refund or anything.

Decent!!

Because the property was relatively inexpensive there were some cut costs features (the furniture and bathroom) which were not as impressive and was the only downside. Located in the city, it’s an easy reach to a lot of places though that can become very expensive quickly unless you have personal transportation. The property was quite clean. Most essentials were provided. And Cesar was really helpful and responded to questions and concerns very quickly.

Super pretty but dirty

The location was difficult to find for the taxi. It is connected to the owners house. The actual house is deeper in the back, which made it complicated to find. If you have a lot of luggage, it is definitely not easy to bring up and down. Also, it could use some lawn care. The pictures were very accurate and looked exactly like the pictures, but the place was filthy. There were stains on the towels, blood on the blanket, the pillow cases were dirty, there where stains on the pull out couch, and it just felt gross. The toilet stopped working the next morning, but he left a plumber at the door. We ran out of tissue because he only supplied one roll for 4 women for 3 days. However, he did leave a roll on the porch after contacting him a few hours later. With all the problems we had, we never saw the man. Also, I had to blow him up to find the location, as well as get things fixed. I repeat the place was gorgeous, but it was dirty and I wish the experience would’ve been better. Lastly, it is difficult to get Uber so be aware. We had to walk a few blocks to the super max to catch a ride.
