1902年に建てられ、最近愛情を込めて改装されたVilla of Boyenも21世紀に輝きます。 グリューンダーツァイト建築の栄光の世紀。 インテリアや設備は現代的であり、機能性に対するすべてのニーズを満たすだけでなく、審美的に望まれるものもありません。
ヴィラは2013年に全面改装され、改装されました。 快適なベッド（2箱の春）とFoutons、真新しいバスルーム、設備の整った快適なリビングルームへの設備の整ったキッチン、それぞれに鋳鉄製のストーブがあります。 個別に組み立てられ、愛情を込めて配置された細部の多くは、ヴィラ全体に心地よい雰囲気を与えます。 晴天の中、街中の家全体からカイザーシュトゥールまでの景色。

Uns erwartete eine voll ausgestattete und liebevoll eingerichtete Villa, wo wir unser Abitreffen gemeinsam begehen konnten. Wir bedauerten lediglich, die schönen Außenanlagen nicht nutzen zu können, womit wir aber Anfang Oktober auch nicht mehr sicher rechnen konnten.Es fehlte uns an nichts, wir können diese Unterkunft gerne weiterempfehlen, wenn man im schönen Freiburg und Umgebung Urlaub machen möchte.

Amazing location. The bikes were a super nice touch!!! You are close to the Black Forest and cycling into town only takes 5 minutes. The house was lovely, we were so lucky to have all the flowers in bloom during the stay. Would really recommend!

Bliss!

We couldn’t imagine how the house could be as beautiful as the photos- but it was even lovelier than we expected. We felt like royalty!Plenty of room to host our local guests and an easy walk to the Stadtpark and Altstadt.Communication with our host was excellent- we hope to return one day!

I am a travel agent. I located this property for my clients who were visiting family nearby. Prior to their visit I communicated with the owner, Uta, several times. She was very helpful, she answered all of my questions, and she was very prompt with responding to all of my inquiries. When my clients returned, they raved about how beautiful the home is and showed me several pictures. They really enjoyed spending time on the back patio in the evenings. I would highly recommend this property, not only to friends, but also to fellow travel agents who are looking for a home for their clients.

Schöne Osterwoche mit Familie in wunderschöner Villa

Wir haben mit drei Generationen – von den Großeltern bis zum Kleinkind – eine wundervolle Woche in Freiburg verbracht.Das großzügige Haus hat uns sofort begeistert: viel Platz, stilvolle Einrichtung und eine warme, einladende Atmosphäre. Jeder konnte sich wohlfühlen – ob beim gemeinsamen Kochen, Spielen oder einfach beim Entspannen im großen Wohn-/Esszimmer.Die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen, alles war durchdacht und von hoher Qualität. Besonders schön war der weite Blick über die Stadt – bei gutem Wetter bis hin zum Kaiserstuhl. Ein besonderer Dank gilt auch der Gastgeberin, die uns mit vielen hilfreichen Tipps und Informationen zu Freiburg und der Umgebung unterstützt hat. A week in Freiburg

Fantastic house and perfect for our week. We had 80 old grandparent so no trekking or mountain biking, but instead trips into Alsace, wine tasting (kids went to Europa Park) and fun exploring Freiburg. Communication was great, bikes available if we wanted them, could not have wished for better.

Two families from America with young children

The house was beautiful, very spacious and private for our group of 9. We were also close to everything, so it was easy to walk or drive anywhere we wanted to go. We were on a multiple week trip, so it was a huge relief to be able to have access to a washer and dryer. Uta has everything very organized with plenty of information and was quick to answer any questions etc! The home has everything you would need to cook etc. It was rainy during our stay, but the outdoor area would have been great for families to eat dinner and relax.

Wonderful villa

Perfect home away from home

We stayed for a week (and immediately regretted not staying for two!). The house is spacious, comfortable, and well equipped. During the summer, the wealth of windows allowed for cooling cross breezes throughout the day. The air smelled like honey. The beautiful flower garden provides relaxing mornings and evenings. The beds were comfortable and spacious. The bathrooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. The downstairs apartment gives a second, private space if needed. The bus is at the bottom of the hill, and connects you to the city center in minutes. The owner was quick to respond to texts, and was prompt and kind with directions (especially about trash, as we were unfamiliar with local separation and recycling processes).
