Thank you for sharing this with us—we’re truly sorry that your experience felt uncomfortable. It’s never okay for a guest to feel uneasy, and we completely understand how being asked for an ID in that way could feel a little creepy. We deeply regret that this left you with a negative impression of us. Our intention has never been to make anyone feel pressured, but to make sure everyone is safe and secure. We care about protecting both our guests and our property, which is why we rely on a trusted third-party security system for ID verification. This process is meant to add peace of mind, not take it away. We know how important trust is, and we’re disappointed that we fell short here. Your feedback is extremely valuable because it helps us adjust how we explain these steps more clearly and respectfully. We sincerely apologize again and wish your experience had been more reassuring from the start.

Jamie, while we are glad you found the location of the cabin to be convenient and the cabin itself to be enjoyable overall, we're sorry to hear you were disappointed in aspects of your stay and we do understand how you feel.
