Os nossos 4 apartamentos estão localizados num edifício privado do século XIX, localizado no coração do centro histórico de BEAUNE.
O BEAUNE ROUSSEAU é um apartamento localizado no 1º andar de 71 m², cheio de charme. Os seus tectos franceses, as suas pedras expostas, o seu terraço coberto (9,5m²) irão encantá-lo.
É composto por uma ampla e confortável sala de estar, uma grande cozinha totalmente equipada que dá para o terraço, 2 quartos com cama de casal 200 x 160, uma casa de banho com banheira/chuveiro e WC separados. E um terraço privado mobilado e coberto onde poderá passar agradáveis momentos de relaxamento.

Home Sweet Beaunne was an excellent apartment in an excellent location. It was clean, comfortable, well equiped, and the hosts were very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend a stay here.

Comfortable, well-located and well-equipped apartment

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Joce’s Beaune apartment. It’s light and airy with a well-equipped kitchen, a lovely covered patio and a comfortable living area. Being inside the ramparts made it easy to walk to restaurants and cafes. We had a rental car, so the included parking (in a nearby garage) was critical because having a vehicle inside the walls is challenging. (We had a Renault Captur and would not have wanted anything larger for driving and parking in Beaune - or Chablis or Reims, for that matter.) Joce was easy to communicate with and is an excellent host. Highly recommended!

Comfortable and roomy!

Lovely home for My time in Beaune. Easy check in and right in town walkable everywhere. Loved the outside area and spacious kitchen. Will hope to return my next visit!

Lovely stay in Beaune

Excellent location. Parking provided was a real asset. The apartment is nicely decorated with all essentials including the kitchen. Quiet at night. The host is delightful and checked with us during our stay for anything we might need. I highly recommend this property.

Best Location!

We planned a trip to Burgundy as a couple with our adult cousin from Paris coming along. The accommodations are clean and beautiful! Lots of room! Beds were VERY comfortable. It’s in the BEST location - in walking distance to everything! The host was so nice. We definitely recommend staying here to anyone wanting to stay in Beaune!

Nice apartment in great location.

Jocelyn was great, communicative and takes her rental seriously. Entr location is great, comes with.a little street noise at times which is fine given the location. Would return.

Beautiful Apartment in the Heart of Beaune

The apartment is very comfortable and in the heart of Beaune. But, more importantly, Madame and Meseur Laveque are incredibly kind. They make you feel like family from the moment you meet them. I highly recommend this apartment for a stay in Beaune.

A Gem!

“Beaune” Chois - Great Choice!

Beginning with our wonderful host, Jocelyne, who picked us up at the train, we enjoyed a perfect week in Beaune while attending The Cook’s Atelier 5-day cooking school. This was the ideal place to stay, in town, around the corner from the school, close walk to all the amazing restaurants. The apartment is incredibly clean, comfortable, air conditioned, spacious and well stocked. I highly recommend for any length of stay. We will be back!

Beautiful apartment. Nice furniture. Kitchen very Well equiped.

Overall We had a lovely Tine in the apartment in Beaune. Host Jocelyn was very helpful and a very friendly host. We enjoyed the silence in the evening even though the apartment is located in the City center of Beaune. We will be back!

Beaune Rousseau Fantastic!

My wife and I recently stayed for 5 days in Beaune Rousseau for our fabulous trip to Beaune and the Cote d'or! The apartment was cosy and had all we needed for a our time in Beaune. Joce and Yan greeted us like family and made sure everything was right for our stay. Joce also recommended the wine tour with Francoise and this was one of the highlights. We also recommend the cooking class at the Cook's Atelier in Rue De Lorraine. Thanks to Joce and Yan and a great located apartment which is was very spacious and warm, we loved our time in Beaune. We would definitely return to enjoy this wonderful wine region of France.

Perfect Location with wonderful hosts!

We enjoyed our stay at Beanue Rousseau very much! The apartment is beautiful and well equipped with a nice terrace to have your morning coffee or a glass of wine in the afternoon or evening. Joce provided a welcome package which was nice after our long trip. The location is perfect, parking included! Close to many restaurants, shops, wine tasting cellars and the Hospices de Beaune. Joce and Yan were the perfect hosts. They were extremely helpful and personable. Recommending restaurants and places to see and invited us to their home for a visit! We look forward to visiting Beaune again and staying at one of Joce and Yan's apartments. J & Z

Super comfortable and homey

My wife and I stayed here for our 10th Anniversary. We spent a week and a half using the apartment as our home base as we toured Beaune. The apartment and Joce and her husband were great - a perfect spot and perfect hosts. The location was wonderful, central to everything in the ramparts. We walked everywhere. The apartment is as described or better - well stocked, including much appreciated details like coffee, milk, and sugar. Very comfortable, and an interesting old building - we LOVED the stone walls and staircase. Most appreciated were the location, great internet, reserved parking space, and Joce's hospitality (from the time she met us to the time we said good bye). Highly recommended, would rent any of her locations in town next time we return.

Perfect place to stay in Beaune

First, the location is perfect. You are a minute's walk away from the main part of downtown Beaune. The whole town is quite walkable. Lots of cafes and shops very close to the apartment. Joce is a great person, super friendly, very helpful with a great personality! She made us feel right at home immediately. The apartment we stayed in was called St-Etienne, it was on the top floor. 2 nice bedrooms with comfortable beds, a kitchen, a couch, TV, and a great patio. The apartment is very comfortable, well-lit, and nicely decorated, with modern touches but retaining its historic charm. The wifi worked well, with no issues. We were a family of four, with 2 kids who were 14 and 15 years old, and we were perfectly comfortable. We will definitely stay here again when we go back to Beaune and I'd recommend it to anyone.

A wonderful gite in Beaune

Le Beaune Rousseau was a wonderful, cozy gite in Beaune. We enjoyed a week in the area and loved the town, its many friendly people, shops, magnificent architecture and sites. If you go, don’t miss the Saturday Market. Joce and Yannick made us very welcome. Our thanks for the bread, wine, and condiments. The gite is nicely furnished, the kitchen well equipped, as we loved shopping the markets and cooking our own meals, and we felt completely at home. The apartment's location is also very good. Joce made this so easy from use of PayPal, a paid parking card for use of the garage for our rental car, and especially meeting us on the day of our arrival. She demonstrated use of the stove top/oven, how to use the wash machine, provided advice on safety with all key locks, local emergency telephone numbers, how to reach her any time! Her restaurant recommendation was perfect. A perfect stay in Beaunne.

Wonderful, delightful ... can't say enough!

We spent the first five days of a 10 day trip to France in Beaune. We were thrilled with the rental and absolutely delighted with Joce's hospitality and charm. She welcomed us (and our three children, ages 12, 10 and 9) in person and escorted us to the flat, and then ensured our rental car was properly parked in the complimentary lot. Over the last three years we have traveled to Italy, Belgium and France, and Joce's flat topped the list of prior rentals. The pictures do not do the place justice ... it is charming, mixed with antiques and modern touches. It is clean and immaculate, and more than well stocked with linens, as well as life's simple pleasures, such as sugar, coffee, filters, napkins, paper towels, etc. And, we thoroughly enjoyed her gift, a complimentary, chilled bottle of White Burgandy on the patio, shortly after arriving! Joce and her accommodations rate 5 stars for us!

Fabulous Apartment in a Great Location

Our thanks to Jocelyne and Yan for making us very welcome at their Beaune apartment. Everything that we needed was available in the apartment, with many thoughtful touches added, such as some basics for the kitchen to get us started on arrival (including bread, milk, a couple of beers and a bottle of wine!). Jocelyne went out of her way not only to settle us into the apartment but also to be available through the week should we need assistance / advice. Secure, undercover parking a short walk from the apartment was provided which removed one more worry for us. The compendium provided gave us extensive information about local attractions, wine caves, restaurants etc: one of the best we encountered during our six weeks touring France. Location was superb with all the facilities you required within a short walk - patisseries, restaurants, wine caves, mini supermarket etc. In summary, a very comfortable, clean apartment in a great location with the best hosts we encountered. THE PERFECT APARTMENT WITH THE PERFECT HOSTS

My wife and I have just spent a week in Beaune Rousseau. Before we made the booking, it was clear from the consistent high praise in the reviews that this was no ordinary apartment and Joce and Yan were no ordinary hosts. Our experience confirms what everyone else has said. The apartment was large, bright, beautifully and tastefully furnished, and equipped. It was minutes on foot from everything in Beaune: from the sights, the boulangerie just round the corner (breakfast on the terrace), the restaurants and the wine merchants (late night drinks on the terrace again), with the most comprehensive folder about everything in Beaune you could want. And what can one say about Joce and Yan that has not already been said? From the moment we arrived to the time we left Joce was on hand to welcome us, guide us and help us, and always with a smile. Nothing was too much trouble. Yan is a charmer. They both far exceeded what you would expect from owners of holiday apartments. Our whole stay was made all the more enjoyable by the welcome from Joce and Yan. They are nice people.

Cinq Etoiles!

My husband and I have rented apartments through VRBO in Madrid, Rome, Paris and the U.S. The Beaune Rousseau ranks among the best. It is spacious (with lots of large windows), clean, beautifully decorated and fully equipped, including coffee, spices, wine and Joce's delicious home-made jam. There were even fresh red roses and bonbons on the dining room table! The outdoor terrace and washing machine were much appreciated features. The location is perfect, so you won't need a car unless you're planning side trips. If you do have a car, Joce's husband will escort you to a nearby garage and provide you with a free parking pass. Joce has put together three books to help you during your stay in Beaune. One is comprised of beautiful photos she took herself, one has instructions for all the equipment in the apartment and the third is full of restaurant recommendations and things to do in Beaune. (We tried several of the restaurants and enjoyed all of them.) I loved the fact that Joce spoke to me in French (even though her English is excellent.) She also encouraged me to answer in French and graciously corrected my mistakes She is a caring hostess who truly wants you to have an unforgettable experience in Beaune. We would love to return to this apartment and highly recommend it.

Wonderful !! Marvelous Apt in the heart of Burgundy

Wow. I don't know where to start with the wonderful experience we had at this absolutely marvelous apt. It is clean, roomy, well decorated and equipped and the location is impossible to beat. In addition my husband and I can not say enough about how wonderful owners JOcelyn and Yan are. They go out of their way to be helpful An example- we wanted to watch the election returns on our tv but for some reason we couldn't. I called - and Yan and his son-in-law were there within 10 minutes and got it taken care of. It was evening and raining but they were gracious as can be. We were there 7 nights and I wished we could have stayed another 3 weeks. Beaune is a marvelous town and if you enjoy wine you are in the perfect location to taste the wines of Burgundy. Also great restuarants withIn easy walking distance If i tried I could not think of one complaint or problem. Surfice it to say we are going back in 2 yrs for a longer stay and it will be in the same apt. In addition the owners have other units 2 of witch are newly renovated And gorgeous also. I promise you won't be sorry if you book with Beaune Sweet Home. Jill and Rich. PAso Robles CA

Beaune Sweet Home -- Perfect Name!

This was a mother-daughter trip to the heart of Burgundy wine country, and our expectations were more than fulfilled. I've never met more helpful hosts than Joce and Yan. Example: for a variety of reasons our arrival was delayed, so we didn't arrive in Beaune until 1:00 AM, and our hosts were there at the apartment to move our luggage up the circular stone stairs, help us park our car in the free covered parking, and give us a quick tour of the apartment to answer any questions we might have. Unbelievable! There was also a welcome basket with bread and a bottle of local wine waiting for us. The apartment, in a centuries-old building, was light-filled, spacious, and included all modern amenities. The terrace and table were so inviting that even on the last day of November we sat outside for a glass of wine. The town of Beaune itself is beautiful, historically impressive, and charming. We followed Joce's advice on restaurants, wine tastings, and shops....and were never disappointed. One night they even drove us to a Michelin-starred restaurant because we had expressed an interest, and this was their favorite. This apartment had recently been re-done with new furniture. It was attractive and comfortable. We actually were so comfortable there that we didn't want to leave it. What a wonderful place. Thanks to Joce and Yan for helping to make our visit unforgettable!
