Nuestros 4 apartamentos están ubicados en un edificio privado del siglo XIX ubicado en el corazón del centro histórico de BEAUNE.
El BEAUNE ALLEREY es un apartamento de 60 m² situado en el 1er piso con ascensor y tiene mucho carácter con sus vigas vistas en todas las habitaciones y sus techos altos.
Se compone de un salón que combina modernidad y autenticidad y que se abre a una gran cocina abierta, totalmente equipada y muy funcional. Dispone de 2 dormitorios con cama de matrimonio de 200×160, cada uno con baño privado. WC separado.

Fabulous stay in a perfect location!

We had a fabulous stay! The property is very well located to all of the Beaune highlights, and is well appointed for those that love to cook. Joce (the hostess) was extremely responsive and went over and above to make sure we were well taken care of during our stay. We will be back next time we are in Beaune!

Wonderful stay in Beaune

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment. It is well situated to explore nearby areas on foot. The apartment has all amenities specially a well equipped kitchen. Bedrooms and bathrooms are immaculate and very comfortable.

Beautiful Beaune

The apartment was perfect for 2 couples! Great kitchen and living room. The location couldn't be better. We walked everywhere. We will definitely stay here again

Superb property

The hostess was lovely--responsive, helped us with luggage, etc. The location is IDEAL. The property is a delight with a kitchen better equipped than my own. If you like to cook, you will be thrilled! Worth every penny.

Great property & fantastic host

The apartment was clean, well equipped, comfortable beds, very spacious, and quiet. It was in the perfect location for exploring Beaune by foot with many shops and restaurants close by. Jocelyne was the perfect host, even picking us up at the train station and giving us several recommendations for places to eat and things to do. Merci Jocelyne!!

The property was fine. Our problem was communication with our host. We needed the code to get into the property upon arrival. Unfortunately, that meant that we needed the information a day before our arrival because that's when we had WiFi and Cell service. Our host was unwilling to provide that information before our arrival. As a result, we had to secure other accommodations in Beaune.

Beaune Sweet Home goes above and beyond

What an amazing experience. The location is in the heart of Beaune near everything that makes Beaune a such a special place. The car-park is conveniently located for daytime excursions. Jocelyne has made Beaune Sweet Home a “home away from home”. We would absolutely stay again. Thank you, Jocelyne!

Good location.

The location of the property is good with the walk to the square being very close. The security of the property was very safe. The two bathrooms were smaller than expected & they shared one toilet. Would have preferred separate toilets for each bathroom. The host was very helpful, informative of the area & responsive to needs, requests & messages.

Fantastic property in the city center

The apartment was totally renovated but still kept the wooden beams on the ceiling adding to the French charm! Quiet side street and close to all Beaune has to offer. jocelyn the owner went above and beyond expectations. She and her husband took us to the train station after our stay. Wonderful experience!

Jocelyn welcomed us into her wonderful & well appointed apartment, and was so helpful and friendly The location of the apartment is great…close to everything, and steps away from The Cook’s Atelier, where I took a master class for a week , making it so easy to be there in minutes! The apartment is beautiful and comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need to make a nice meal if you’re so inclined! Great experience & great apartment that I would highly recommend!😃

Four days in Beaune

This was a perfect place for my husband and I to stay. Walking distance from everything. Jocelyn is a perfect host and provides everything needed for a lovely stay. Her place is perfectly clean with air conditioning and parking included. We cooked dinner two nights after shopping at the farmers market Saturday in Beaune Centre. Her kitchen is well equipped. The washer and dryer were most appreciated. I highly recommend this home for a stay in Beaune. Thank you so much, Jocelyn.

A perfect place & perfect stay!

The apartment is wonderful, spacious & bright, well equipped in every room. The kitchen is large with excellent appliances and plenty of counter space. The bedrooms have very good closet space., and quality of the bedding is excellent. Bathrooms are among the best you’ll find in French apartments. And a big plus is the brand new, reliable elevator. Our hosts could not have been nicer....warm, welcoming, making sure all of our needs were met. And the location of the apartment is perfect, within walking distance to everything. The Saturday market in Beaune is superb, so try not to miss it!

Very nice

We enjoyed the apartment very much. Its clean and has everything you need. Parking was included which was great and the location allows you to walk everywhere easily. Two minor issues...there are two showers and one toilet, which is accessed from the hall. So neither bathroom is a suite. Next, the back bedroom is very quiet, the front bedroom is on the street. So that cobblestone street makes the few cars loud. Great host, great place for two people.

Beautiful apartment in a great location

This beautiful apartment is perfectly located in the center of the lovely town of Beaune. It is stylishly and comfortably furnished with a great kitchen that has everything you could want in order to enjoy the wonderful regional products. Air conditioning worked great, the bathrooms had excellent showers with plenty of hot water. The washing machine in its own laundry room was especially appreciated. As a bonus, there is a free parking pass to a nearby garage for those with cars. Our hostess, Jocylene, was welcoming, and charming. She has instructional books set up on how to work everything, and a book on where to go, shop, eat etc. extremely organized and helpful. Overall, this was one of the most attractive and comfortable properties I have rented. Absolutely recommended, and I am definitely going back.

5 stars - the best place to stay in Beaune!

Joce's place is a truly amazing gem in the center of Beaune. Joce herself is so kind, friendly and helpful - a wonderful host. She truly cares about making sure you are comfortable. She was great about making sure we arrived to the apartment ok as well as checking in to make sure we had everything we needed during our stay. The location can't be beat - yes, Beaune is small but the apartment was so easy to find and walk to/from. As for the apartment - wow! I was traveling with my two retired parents who really needed the comforts of home and Joce's apartment was perfect. We were impressed with the cleanliness, design and amenities. The bedrooms were comfortable, the kitchen was impressive and we were so happy to have air conditioning since it was ~80F in April! There are even towel warmers in the bathrooms! I can't say enough about how great Joce is and how wonderful this apartment is. I can't wait for my next trip to Beaune and my next stay here.

Lovely, compact, and charming

This place is modern, sparkling clean apartment with a handy lift (for heavy suitcases, this is very much appreciated). The setup of the kitchen and family room area is terrific. There was obvious care and attention devoted to decorating the place, which makes it even more enjoyable. The bathrooms are small, but somehow very well organized in a magical fashion. One of the shower stalls emits an odd sewer-type odor around 6 am--but running the water seems to abate it. While many will love the sounds, the bells from the nearby church start very early in the morning and go off every 15 minutes (there is another church slightly further away with competing bells also, but not as loud). Not a huge drawback, but it might not appeal to everyone. We found the location nearly perfect--tucked in on a quiet street, with easy access to a garage, walking distance to every place you will want to go. A very lovely stay.

Great Stay at Allerey

I was a little hesitant to book this home as it had no reviews. But the pictures show exactly what you can expect. I am the first review because this apartment was recently renovated. Every surface, every finish, everything is new! This is a beautiful place. We've stayed in our share of holiday apartments around the world, and this is the best equipped of any we have stayed in. Thoughtfully furnished and decorated by Joce the helpful owner. Beds big and comfortable. Kitchen has everything for cooking although too many great restaurants within a 3-5 minute walk. On a quiet side street off main street through Beaune. Wifi worked great. TV has lots of channels including a few in english(BBC, CNN etc). Secured parking was a short 5 minute walk away, and was included with our stay. Also useful is a washer/dryer machine in the apartment. You will not be disappointed by your stay here!

Centrally located and comfortable

Well designed, clean, comfortable and well equipped contemporary apartment, in a wonderful old building in a central location. Joce and her husband were so helpful, responsive and fun as hosts - beyond the call of duty with great knowledge and advice about restaurants and local places to visit. We will be back!

In december 2015, we bought this winery to make 2 others accomodations with a lift. Now, in the same place, we have : LE BEAUNE ROUSSEAU - LE BEAUNE ST ETIENNE - LE BEAUNE ALLEREY and LE BEAUNE GUIGONE.
They are waiting for you, it's a perfect place for exploring Beaune and Burgundy, its vineyards, its châteaux and its Abbeys by foot, bicycle or car.
