Enjoy the Smoky Mountains while staying in a spacious 3-bedroom home in peaceful Seymour — ideally located between Knoxville and Pigeon Forge.

This thoughtfully prepared home offers the comfort of a quiet neighborhood with easy access to everything — without the heavy tourist traffic.

• 20 minutes to Downtown Knoxville & UT Campus
• 25 minutes to the airport
• 30 minutes to Dollywood
• 45 minutes to Gatlinburg

Step outside to a large private (not shared) backyard featuring a fire pit with Adirondack seating. The deck includes an outdoor table with umbrella seating for two, plus a Weber grill (propane provided) with bar-style seating for relaxed evenings outside.

Thoughtful welcome touches may be provided to help you settle in comfortably.

Super cute touches by the host to make you feel at home including custom welcome sign, complementary water bottles in each bedroom, chocolates on the pillows, and ready to use coffee bar. Great centralized location and close to the airport. Highly recommend.

The house was warm and inviting, and very comfortable. We had no concerns or issues during our stay. The host was in contact with us and we knew they were just a text away if we needed anything. It was located in a small town south of Knoxville, but we had all the shops and eateries we needed just a few minutes away. Would love to stay here again the next time we are in the area!

Wonderful UT graduation weekend!

Great Location.

We will definitely look to book this location. anytime we are in the area. The home is equipped with anything you could need and the neighborhood is nice and quiet. The hosts make every effort to make sure you’re taken care of and that you have everything you need to be comfortable.

Felt at home right away

Everything we needed was right there. Cozy living room with fleece throws all decorated for Christmas. Great kitchen, coffee bar. It was wonderful.
