Beautiful tropical sunrises from our private balcony as you watch the waves of the Caribbean Sea break on the nearby coral reef.

When you have had enough swimming, snorkeling, and sun bathing on our private beach, try our refreshing pool.

The swimming pool is adjacent to a historic 1700's Danish Sugar Mill, sunning deck, and guest clubhouse – everything you could ask for in a Caribbean vacation !!!

The quint town of Christiansted is 5 minutes away, Fredericksted is 30 minutes to the west, and Point Udall is 30 minutes to east, making Sugar Beach an excellent location for exploring the island of St. Croix, USVI !!!

For dining and happy hours there are two excellent beach restaurants adjacent to our property !!!

Lovely Oceanview Condo

My partner and I stayed here for a week for a wedding. It was perfect. We both had to work remotely a few days which was easy given the internet and the beautiful ocean views. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans for cooking. The washer and dryer were excellent bonuses. I would definitely stay here again.

Birthday visit

I brought my girlfriend to meet my brother for his birthday. He has lived on the island for 42 years and this was my sixth visit to the island. This condo on the beach has a great view of Buck Island and is very comfortable.

Comfortable ocean view condo in great location

Condo was clean, comfortable, had nice amenities and fabulous view. Great location on the beach and close to downtown for quick drive to shops, restaurants and coffee. Host was very friendly and helpful. Would love to stay again in the future.

Spectacular view

My husband and I came here on a cruise 27 yrs ago for a day and wanted to come back to the island to see if we wanted to retire here. The island is beautiful and the restaurants are great. It was so nice to have a kitchen to cook breakfast and some meals to help with the cost. Brian and his wife have everything you need and made it easy for us to enjoy ourselves. Very quiet place with beautiful sunrises if you get up early enough to see them. We did every morning and I have some pretty amazing pictures. Did some snorkeling right out front and also the grounds keepers are so friendly. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

The host , Brian, was responsive, the place was as discribed. Right on the beach very close to Christiansted, & grocery stores (i would recomend Pueblos). Sugar beach is centrally located on the island so it was a great location. We visited 9 beaches when we were there & Sugar beach was good for short walks. We felt very safe while there.

Beautiful condo on the beach

I had such a wonderful stay at Sugar Beach! Having my coffee on the balcony every morning overlooking the Caribbean might have been the highlight of my entire trip. The unit was clean and had almost everything you need for your stay. The community pool is fantastic as well.

5 Stars/Fantastic Condo

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! The condo itself was nicely furnished, comfortable, and part of a well-maintained facility. The pool and beach are great, and the location couldn’t be better. The unit was cozy and perfectly suited for the two of us. We spent a lot of time on the deck overlooking the Caribbean, enjoying stunning views of Buck Island. The facility staff was friendly, and though they were actively maintaining the grounds, they went about it quietly and never disrupted our stay. The owner was incredibly responsive, even checking in to ensure everything was going well. We truly appreciated the attention to detail and hospitality. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again

Hidden beachfront gem

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Sugar Beach, the unit was just as pictured and everything was very clean and well maintained. The beachfront view was spectacular and the patio was so nice for breakfast, drinks or just relaxing. Communication with Brian was great, I highly recommend booking this unit at Sugar Beach!

Great location!!

We loved staying at your place for a birthday/babymoon trip! It was clean, had great views and all the extras you had available (ie: chairs, float noodles, bathroom extras, recommendations) made the trip even better. Location was only 5 minutes to downtown and was right in the middle of the island which made it an easy 30 min to get to the East or West side of the island. We loved enjoying all the beaches of St Croix and visited a new one everyday! Thank you we hope to visit again!!!

Beautiful Sugar Beach Condo

We absolutely loved staying at this Sugar Beach property. Brian was a very attentive host, and answered any questions we had within 15min of asking. The property was very clean and well stocked. The view was gorgeous, and the neighborhood was friendly and very convenient to anything we wanted to do on the island. We’d definitely want to rebook this property for our next visit if it’s available.

We had a lovely experience staying at this property. The balcony views and beach were great. Brian was a great host: the place was clean and stocked with many amenities that came in handy during our stay. He was very quick to respond to our questions and to troubleshoot any minor issues. Excellent!

My daughter and I stayed on the island for a week and loved every single minute. Our rental played a part in that as it was perfect for us. The studio was clean and had an amazing view! Brian was very attentive, quick to respond, and gave gave wonderful food and activity recommendations. There were lots of extras that came in very handy such as 2 coolers, beach chairs and lots of toiletries that could have been forgotten. The only issue was that we couldn’t stay longer!!! Highly recommend!!

Anniversary trip July/ Aug 23

This is a beautiful property. Fairly Central to most things on the island. The space was clean and beautiful. The owner was very communicative. When the cable/ Internet went out he took steps immediately to get it resolved and communicated the info. The pool is amazing! The grounds are well maintained. Beautiful views from the porch. The owner has lots of things available to use to enjoy your stay. There are also things leftover from other guests in case you forget something. For example we left unused sunscreen that is reef safe. Unfortunately we were there when the sargassum was pretty bad. Obviously just bad luck, not any fault of the owners or property. This was the only downside of this stay. This was an unusual circumstance from what I understand. Overall I would definitely recommend a stay here

Excellent property!

The condo is in an excellent location and has every amenity you could need. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots/pans/utensils/dishes--even a colander, pizza cutter, bottle opener/corkscrew, as well as small storage bags and containers. There was salt/pepper/cumin, oil, and balsamic on the counter. There are also 2 beach chairs, 4 beach towels, a huge tote bag to carry these in, and both a small and large cooler. You definitely need to bring your own snorkel gear, though, as there are many opportunities to snorkel off shore all over the island. The 2nd story balcony was wonderful with a table and chairs to just sit and enjoy the ocean views and for eating our meals. The pool and grounds were very clean, and the pool had a grill and fridge/freezer. We bought fish from the local fish monger and cooked them on the grill. There's a table and kitchen there as well if you want to eat poolside. There are 2 grocery stores 1/2 mile each direction. We had rented a car (drive on the left side of the road) but walked to one just to get a few items. Groceries are very expensive, like Hawaii, so plan to pay 2-4x more than what you are used to (depending on where you are from). Same with restaurants. The tennis courts are in great shape, and there is a laundry room by the pool ($3.50 a load). There is a washer/dryer combo machine in the condo, but it is very small so we never used it. Brian is the nicest guy ever, and was very responsive the couple of times we called/texted him--he gets back to you within minutes if he isn't able to answer his phone. Things to remember during the off-season (May-Nov it seems): no one is in the office at all even though hours are advertised 11-3, and the security number was only for leaving a message. Many people are gone during hurricane season, so when their smoke alarm batteries die, you can hear the chirping 24/7 until security can get into their condo to check it. It was nice having the pool and beach to ourselves every day, though, but it took 5 days over the holiday weekend for someone to finally get into the condo that was chirping. All said, it was a wonderful vacation. We would definitely come back here again, and highly recommend this amazing condo!
