Excellent property and location. It’s very comfortable with designer furnishings throughout. Very clean and accessible.The his is our second time at this property and we already booked the next.The beach chair and umbrella service on the beach is awesome one less thing to carry to the beach…and it’s included in the rate.

The condo is very nice. Large, bright and well supplied kitchen. Great beach view with comfortable porch furniture. Enjoyed early morning coffee watching for dolphins. Having beach chairs and umbrellas provided is such a bonus. Bella Vita is our only go to place for a quiet time with our family for vacation every year.

I love 30A and you can't beat this condo on the beach! It is gorgeous with spectacular views. The condo has everything you need from an ice maker to a wine cooler to beach coolers and even extra spices, if you forgot your own. Amy responds quickly and has thought of everything! Close to restaurants, ice cream, and bike rentals. We have spent several summers at Bella Vita and this year was one of the best!

Perfect vacation!

This area is so lovely. It is a quiet spot in a busy area. The private beach is stunning and the condo itself is extremely comfortable and clean. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful condo

We were so pleased with our stay!! The condo is very well equipped and was great for our family of five. The community is very quiet and was not crowded at all. We were looking for a very relaxed vacation and we certainly found it staying here!!
