"Sunshine State of Mind" Beachfront Condo w/ Pool, Dune Allen, Private Beach

Welcome to "Sunshine State of Mind"! Conveniently located on the sugar white sands of the Gulf, you get views of a lifetime and no commute to the beach! Enjoy all that 30A living has to offer, from great local restaurants to scenic routes to jog or bike on in the mornings. Get into your beach routine with a walk to the coffee shop and then watching the waves as the morning sun rises!

*Please note: There is ongoing construction in the unit above. Noise may be intermittent during daytime hours.

Golf cart rentals are not allowed at this property. Grills are not allowed on site or on the balcony.

Starter Pack: We provide our guests with a starter amenity pack of Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponges, coffee packs, and laundry detergent pods. Once the initial amenities are depleted, guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities.

Cancellation Policy: 100% refund when bookings are cancelled 60 days (or more) before the start of the stay. Bookings canceled between 59 and 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking; otherwise, the reservation is subject to cancellation.

Gorgeous view of the water! Nice building location and amenities but there is a code for front gate and beach gate along with your unit code. Unit had beach chairs and an Umbrella but no beach towels. Kitchen had what we needed but the pans were shot and need replaced. We had a great time!!

We had a great stay! The rooms were clean and the condo was well stocked with essentials. Very close to some great restaurants. My only complaint is that the internet went in and out throughout the week. But otherwise it was a great condo for my family for the week!

Awesome condo with ocean view!

Loved this condo! Such a rarity to have an ocean view on 30a--and it didn't break the bank, and it's a good looking/clean/well-appointed condo. We loved it and would absolutely stay here again. Family of 6--had plenty of room for everyone. Loved staying on the west end of 30a--so much more relaxed and not as crowded. Highly recommend!

Perfect rental

We rented this same condo about 12 years ago. We were very happy then; and enjoyed every minute this stay as well. The second floor, corner unit slept 3 couples comfortably. The kitchen was beautifully stocked. Linens were plentiful and so clean. We could have used a third parking pass. But that was minor. Easy to book. Management responded quickly to questions.

Great condo

Beautiful and comfortable condo. Loved the beds, view of the ocean, and location on 30A. Property managers were responsive to the minor maintenance issues we experienced. Beach and pool were easy to access. The only issues we had were:The family staying in the condo below us complained of noise when we were only walking around. The small electric grill on the porch didn’t work. We tested it before buying steaks but couldn’t get it to stay on to grill the steaks.

Really enjoyed the property and location! Unit was outstanding and fully stocked. Mgmt company slow to respond to minor issues and questions prior to trip. Policies/ pricing changed midstream during our stay which was annoying . Overall highly recommend if you don’t need help from mgmt company

We loved watching the dolphins play. The private sugar sand beach can’t be beat and no crowds. We had a cold front move in one day, so the heated pool was perfect. Great restaurants close by but if you want to grill, there is an electric grill on the balcony, which is so large. Plenty of room for everyone. We got assistance very quickly from management when we accidentally messed up TV login. Thank you for sharing your piece of heaven. We will definitely be back!! Loved it!
