Cozy Cabin in the Woods!

Bedrooms 2
Property type cabin
Minimum Stay 1 - 2 nights

About the property

Cabin, 2 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s), 1 Bath, (Sleeps 7)

Our cozy cabin is tucked away in the woods of Brian Head, but still accessible year round. Minutes away from Brian Heads Giant Steps and Navajo Ski lifts. Great get away for family reunions, and gatherings. Fabulous place to tour the mountain side on mountain bikes (we provide two bikes.) Fishing is nearby in the beautiful Panguitch Lake as well as stream fishing. Very quiet and peaceful. A nice place to enjoy cool temperatures in the hot summer months.

Our family cabin is ready for you to unpack your bags and settle in for a relaxing getaway in the mountains. Equipped with all your needs as if you never left home. The kitchen is fully stocked so all you will need is to make your last stop in St George or Cedar City with your grocery list. The cabin sleeps 6 – 8 very comfortably with a soft queen bed in one room along with aset of bunk beds. The living room is open with ample seating to enjoy the fireplace (wood provided), cable TV with VCR and board games after a day of adventure with family and friends.

Brian Head is close to Zion national park Bryce canyon , Cedar Breaks National Monument , and Capital reef . Cedar city is only thirty minutes away and is host to the nationally acclaimed Utah Shakespeare festival plus many other activities.

The cool summers make Brian Head an ideal summer getaway from the heat in the valleys. Mountain biking, ATV riding, hiking, and fishing all make Brian Head your best choice for a mountain vacation. Independence day in Brian Head is a blast! Fireworks can be seen for miles around.

This cabin was newly refurbished inside and out. Beautiful scenery, and very close to nearby towns that offer other activities as well. Near, Parawon, Panguitch, Panguitch Lake, and Cedar City.

White Christmas!

  • 5 of 5

We spent our Christmas weekend at this cozy cabin. We packed our clothes and picked up some groceries, the cabin had everything else we needed and more. We did have a difficult time finding the road into the cabin, it's on Rue Jolley, not Forest Rd. Tera was super responsive and even asked us if we needed the road replowed. We had a great time and we'll be back!!

Absolutely the best get away for the price you will find!

  • 5 of 5

This place is the best value of any cabin you will find anywhere. I have traveled to many resorts and snowboarded on many mountains. This cabin is a hidden gem! Absolutely spotless clean and had everything we needed and more. Comfortable beds, wood burning fire place that keep it so toasty inside. Everything form the shower, to the kitchen utensils they provide, everything was perfect. Thank you to the owners you have done a remarkable job of thinking of everything and your manager who runs the property(peg or meg) she was an absolute joy to work with. We will definitely be back next season! Moosetracks is the best!

Las Vegas

it was decent

  • 3 of 5

The cabin sleeps 7 but I think it's more comfortable for 4 people, it felt quite crowded. Then dining table was shaped like a front door, so it was not functional. Not a lot of ventilation, the smoke alarm went off every time we cooked. Ran out of hot water after 2 showers. The one bathroom has an "anti-slip" mat but I think it needs to be replaced, because 3 of us slipped and almost fell. The place is decent, so it's how you make out of your stay to make it enjoyable.

Great Family Ski Vacation

  • 5 of 5

Very clean and comfortable vacation cabin. The cabin is just a short drive to either base area. The cabin has a little hill to sled along side and many snow toys for you to use while there. My kids really enjoyed the snow ball makers this year.

Fantastic cabin in the woods!

  • 5 of 5

Loved the cabin and location. reminded me of when i was younger growing up in northern Michigan. Cabin is clean and cozy and accommodations are top notch. Tera and Meghan were both a pleasure to deal with. I have never rented a get away cabin that supplies fire wood and other amenities that this place offered. I will definitely rent again with the family next time we want a get away near the ski resort.
