Pristine, renovated beach cottage; walk to Lavallette town center & beaches.

Bay block in center of Lavallette; walking distance to ocean beach, bay beach, churches, Lavallette town center, and steps away from the Gazebo on the bay. In-Season: Minimum 7-day rental Saturday - Saturday; Off-season 3-night minimum. (In-Season: June - July - August)

725 square foot charming rear cottage (we live in the front house); totally renovated and immaculately clean. Two bedrooms (each bedroom has 1 queen bed), 1 bathroom (w/shower), pullout couch in living room, Central AC, hardwood floors, 55 inch flat screen TV (YouTubeTV and Disney+, and ready for you to stream your subscription content). We request a maximum of 4 adults and 2 children. The bed linens, blankets, bathroom towels, and beach towels provided. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, Keurig Duo Plus coffee maker and Emeril Air Fryer.

Gas grill, outdoor seating, and access to washer and dryer.

Up to 4 Lavallette beach badges provided, along with beach chairs, boogie boards, beach toys, and beach cart to take all to the beach.

Walking distance to bay pier for crabbing (crab cages provided). Kayaks available upon request. Bay Gazebo steps away to enjoy Sunday concerts in summer, and outdoor Tuesday movies in August.

All you need to do, is pack your bathing suit.

The hosts were just wonderful. Even when there was a brief problem with the internet they worked together, diligently, to find a solution. The location is perfect with the beach and bay just blocks in either direction.It was a great stay.

Utterly charming, super comfortable property

Rented the property for a week with my son and his partner in tow. Great fit for our crew—comfortable beds and linens, plenty of space for the three of us in the living/dining area, spotless and well-appointed kitchen. Kristen and her husband are great hosts and thought of everything—bikes, chairs, towels, wagons to tote all to beach. Did I mention there’s a lovely outdoor space complete with grill and an outdoor shower? A quick jump to bay for sunset, a two-block walk to beach. Hope to visit again—thank you for designing a great shore experience. And thanks for the perfect weather!

My Family and I stayed in the cottage for a week and it was a great experience. Michael and Kristin really keep a very clean, neat, and organized home and property. The cottage is beautiful! They have thought of every detail to make your trip as flawless as possible and added bed rails to one of the beds for the kids. The outside seating area was perfect and we loved having a clothes line to dry beach towels and bathing suits. The location of the property is great as well with plenty of parking. The bay and the gazebo are a few short steps away with the best views of the sunset and playgrounds for the kids. Throughout the week they also have concerts and movie nights at the gazebo the whole family can enjoy. The walk to the beach is just a couple of blocks and the beaches are beautiful here. We really can’t say enough great things and we look forward to staying here again.

We had the BEST time

If I could give 6 stars I would. The house was spotless and a great size for a family of 4. Everything was so simple- from the keyless entry, fresh sheets and towel, and modern finishes. I really appreciated the thoughtfulness, toddler rails were put on the bed, the beach wagon stocked with toys, and Disney music playing on entry. Also the location is awesome, in the heart of town by the park and shops!

Wonderful Cottage

The cottage was beautifully decorated and new! Everything you could have think of that you needed was there. Kitchen had every amenity! Beautiful beach towels and bath towels provided! Excellent outdoor space for hanging out, playing cornhole or eating. Bike rack was perfect for our bikes! Outdoor shower was key. Kristen and Michael definitely thought of everything! Highly recommend!!

Can't wait to return!

We recently stayed at this beach house and had an amazing experience! The cleanliness of the place was top-notch, which made our stay comfortable and worry-free. The updated features throughout the house added a modern touch that we really appreciated. Everything we could possibly need was provided, making it feel like a home away from home. The size of the cottage was just perfect for our group, offering plenty of space. The location is fantastic – just a short walk to the beach and close to local shopping and restaurants. The interior decor is beautifully done, creating a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. We highly recommend this rental and would love to come back again in the future!

Lovely Beach Cottage

We had a wonderful stay at the beach cottage, which is situated near the bay, but close enough to walk or bike to the beach. The unit was well appointed with updated furnishings and a fully equipped kitchen. The entire place had also been remodeled, beautifully. Kristin and Michael thought of every detail in order to make our vacation enjoyable. They provided just about everything that you need for the beach - towels/cart/chairs/4 badges/umbrella. They also provided bed linens and a separate set of bath towels. These extras made it very easy for us to pack. We also used their two kayaks, which made for a fun morning for our family. Michael even set everything up for us. Kristin was very thoughtful in providing extra towels & a senior badge for our mother-in-law, as well as offering to let us use their larger outdoor table for dinner one night. One nice perk was the bike rack next to the unit that we used every day. We would definitely stay at their beach cottage again!

Quiet & Relaxing

Great location—nice, quiet neighborhood on the bay side, but a close enough walk to the ocean beach. We could hear music playing at the Gazebo from the house, so we could enjoy the atmosphere while relaxing on the quaint patio. The cottage was close to basketball, tennis and pickle ball courts. Kristin and Michael were helpful during our stay. They offer plenty of supplies: beach chairs, sand toys, crabbing cage, corn hole game, and so much more.

Beautiful Home

The home was perfect. It is fully updated and spotless. Also in walking distance to the beach. The owners thought of every last detail. There were so many nice extras. It was like being in a high end hotel. The owners were available and so helpful. Thank you a great stay!!

AMAZING!

We had such an amazing week in Lavallette with our 5, 3, and 9mo! The cottage was perfect, it was so clean, updated, cozy, and convenient. No detail was missed and anything we could have needed was thought of. It was right near the bay beach and gazebo which was great for the kids. The hosts were so sweet, friendly and communicative. We are already planning our trip back!

Immaculate beach cottage

My family and I had a great stay at this Lavallette beach cottage. The place was spotless and well maintained, and was the perfect amount of space for my wife and two little ones. It was a great location as it was just steps away from the bay, and a 5 minute walk to the beach or surrounding restaurants. There was no need to bring any beach equipment as the rental had it all - chairs, umbrella, and toys for the kids. The owners were very friendly and always around in case we had any questions. Highly recommend and my family will look to come back here again!

Fantastic Week in Lavalette

The cottage was absolutely fantastic. Exactly as described and reviewed by previous guests. Kristen and Michael are perfect hosts. Everything inside and outside of the cottage is top of the line. Beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. Wish I could move in forever! Our hosts were helpful and accommodating. And super friendly! I would highly recommend this cottage to everyone looking for a delightful, relaxing vacation in beautiful Lavalette.

Great Start to Summer

This is was the first time renting in Lavallette. I stayed with my daughters and her friend for Memorial Day weekend - May 25th – May 29th. The description of the cottage is 100% accurate. Even though I brought some of my belongings with me: ex beach chairs, detergent. You definitely don’t need it, everything you need is provided by the owners Kristin and Michael . Kristin and Michael are the nicest people you could ever meet. Definitely would stay again because it felt like home. So cozy.

Upon first arrival I was in awe over the cleanliness of the cottage! The cottage was recently updated so everything was new and clean, top of the line appliances all with easy to use instructions ,the decor was so cute and beachy and warmth eluded throughout the cottage! It was very tastefully decorated. Owners are on site so any problem they are there, but there were no problems. Lots and lots of beach items to use as well as a washer and dryer, I couldn’t have been happier there, it was the best of both worlds the beach to the left or Barnaget bay to the right. Thank you so much for making my stay so easy

Very pleasant stay

Had a wonderful stay with my husband and our two boys at this lovely quaint cottage. It really is exactly as the other reviews stated. The owners, Kristin and michael, are very accessible and helpful in all that you need. It’s a great space with all the amenities you’d need for the week (or longer). everything is well maintained and in perfect condition. We hope to be back again! Highly recommend it.

Wonderful home!

This home was one of the best homes we have stayed in! Quick walk to the bay which had movie nights and events and a quick walk to the beach (our one year old was able to make the walk, it’s easy!). Hosts provides EVERYTHING you need which we were shocked about! Beach wagons, chairs, umbrella, toys, towels - even dish soap, laundry soap, sponges and toilet paper/paper towels! There is a washing machine and dryer right in the front house and a clothing line to hang beach towels. There is a cute deck area that we sat at most nights, so nice! The home was totally updated and comfortable. 100% recommend this stay!
