Located within the Basic City Hub, it is within walking distance of Basic City Brewery and downtown Waynesboro, just a few miles from Skyline Drive, Parkway, and Appalachian Trail. Conveniently located near the 151 Nelson County Wine/Brewery Trail and Wintergreen Resort!
This is an apartment within a large building. It has a shared staircase with another Airbnb. Does require going up 2 flights of stairs.
Relax and spend a blissful time in this convenient space featuring a full-size kitchen, stylish studio, and full bathroom. Kitchen features an oven/stove, refrigerator, and microwave. The kitchen is fully stocked for 2 with pots, pans, utensils, cups, wine glasses, etc. WIFI/NETFLIX provided. Convenient location with private entrance, walkable distance to Basic City Brewery. Short drive to Blue Ridge Parkway and Wintergreen for a full day of hiking.
The unit is a private studio space with a bedroom, living, and kitchen in one space. Beautiful hardwood flooring throughout. The living room features an eat-in dining space plus living space, flat screen TV, and laundry available next door.
