This property gave us a 2 minute walk to Orient beach and several great beach bar/restaurants. The property was very clean and comfortable. A great view from the balcony. Water pressure could be better, but that is probably just island living. I hope to be able to return soon.

This is a wonderful property. Clean, modern and has everything you need. A beautiful view and a short walk to the beach and to the restaurants. The owner is very responsive and informative. It's a great place to have a vacation on St. Martin.

Great location for the beach snd all of the restaurants and bars that Orient Beach offers. Apartment is nice, and appointed with most of the things you will need for a visit.

A great condo that can sleep 3 (seperate bedroom with a double bed and a loft with a single). The loft overlooks the living area and has its own air conditioning split. There’s a split in the living room and in the bedroom. There’s toilet is a seperate room. The bathroom has one sink and a shower. The kitchen is well equiped-several fry pans, pots, coffee maker, micro wave,dishwasher and washer/dryer combination. The location is FANTASTIC, it overlooks Orient Bay and it’s a short walk to the beach through the security gate. Reservations were easy as was the payment process and check in consists of getting the address and key code. There is a binder with all of the relevant information needed for the stay. There are many restaurants within walking distance and the Super U grocery store is a 10 minute drive that has a large selection of pretty much everything (bakery, meat, liquor, produce, et cetera). I highly recommend the French Bakery (about a 10 minute drive away on Cul de Sac), delicious croissants, bread and apple turn overs. We will definatly rebook here when we return to SXM.

Delightful getaway

My sister and I thoroughly enjoyed a 5 night stay at Orient Blue. Super close to the beach and an easy walk to restaurants and a small grocery store. Would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a place in Orient Bay!

This place is awesome!

So glad we decided to stay here. This place is in a great location with a wonderful view of the beach. Clean with great appliances. Very short walk to the beach but still not right on the main road so the noise was minimal. We will definitely be staying there again.
