In the heart of the village of Champeix, opposite the church, this tastefully restored gîte on 3 levels offers you: On the ground floor : -a large living room of 85 m2 with stove and open kitchen -a separate toilet On the 1st floor: -two bedrooms with two 90 cm beds that can be joined together -a bedroom with a 140 bed -a bathroom with WC Terrace 20m² In the basement: large unheated space with garage (possibility of 2 cars), ping-pong table, weight bench & elliptical bike. Leisure: hot air balloon flights, visits to the listed villages of Montpeyroux and St Florent and the Jonaz caves, cross-country skiing & downhill skiing 30 minutes away.
