Great camp for a family of 4
Great weak at an adorable camp! Location was awesome!! Beach and water very clean and inviting. Camp was clean and was equipped as advertised. The only thing we could have used more of was kitchen supplies/dishes and linens. Otherwise perfect for a family of 4.
Awesome stay again this year.
Another awesome vacation, the beach, kayaks, lake and house. I would recommend this place to anyone.
We have stayed here for 7 years now. We love the location and the house is perfect for our family. extremely cozy. The owns keep it well maintained. Can't wait for next year.
A Lovely Place for the Perfect Maine Vacation!
This charming cottage on Lake Sebago was the perfect choice for our recent family vacation. We now live in Michigan, but my husband spent his summers on Fry Island, which is on Sebago Lake and only accessible by ferry. While that's also a lovely place to visit, it can be a bit stifling for an active family with adult children like ours. We wanted to be close to Fry Island to visit, but needed our own place. I will admit that when I found this cottage I didn't realize how ideal the location was, and I was very pleasantly surprised. The cottage was easy to find, is so close to town and yet very private. It was also clean, comfortable and had fabulous views of the lake. This charming cottage overlooks Sebago Basin, a smaller lake that flows into the very large Sebago Lake. It's just across from the beach, which was also very private. We were the only ones on the beach, and nearly the only ones on the lake as well, enjoying the kayaks the owner provided. While we were out kayaking one morning our college-aged sons opted for a round of miniature golf and a little go-carting at a place minutes away. They had a blast and came back with fancy coffee drinks and donuts! There's truly something for everyone here, whether it's a day on the water, a quite dinner with the family at the cottage or short trip to one of the charming surrounding towns for dinner and shopping, this is place is ideal. We had a great time. If you're looking for a great family cottage in this area I would highly recommend staying here.
An older but comfortable home.
An older home but clean and comfortable for my husband and me with our adult daughter (who slept upstairs) and very close to the beach for relaxing and kayaking. Enjoyed our stay and would come back if ever in the area.
Had excellent time. Greeted by bouquet of flowers Right next to beach. Watched sun set from deck. Kayaked everyday. Quiet and peaceful as on dead end street but 5 minutes from supermarket , restaurants etc.
